I placed an order for some furniture yesterday with a scheduled delivery for today. I noticed that…read moremy order status staying in "processing" for most of today so I called the store to confirm that I was getting my order. Mariano told me that he would need to put me on a brief hold. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back. So I called back and I spoke to Martin and he told me to expect delivery today between 4 and 6 pm. About 30 minutes ago I got an email telling me that my item was out of stock and that I needed to call the store to get a refund or pick something else. I called the store to get my money back and I was asked if I could go on brief hold. At this point I have been on hold 11 minutes. I would never do business with this location again.

He was incredibly helpful, and did not try to push or oversell a single item on us. He gave us just what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to think and make decisions for ourselves. This meant so much to us! We had two separate deliveries for our furniture, and both teams were phenomenal. I don't remember the names of the first group, but Robert Power was the name of the man who delivered our second round of furniture. He took great care of our house and furniture, and helped us to get everything lined up and arranged perfectly. I am completely surprised by how awesome this whole experience was. I'm posting this message on behalf of my mother, who, despite walking into the store with fervor and ambition; knowing what she wanted to buy and being ready to buy it, had the exact same experience: being completely overlooked by the staff. If you've not guessed by now, both my mother and I are black, as was one of the staff members who was unfortunately already occupied. However, the rest of the staff was not only unwilling to even speak to my mother, but actively walked past her to cater to those who came well after she did. Giving the staff the benefit of the doubt, she waited, but no acknowledgement was received. Eventually, realizing that she was being ignored, she found another black lady who was also standing alone in the store and asked her if she shared the same experience. She did. Just to be thorough, she even asked other customers if they had been helped. Low and behold, everyone had received immediate service except these two lone black women, who then decided to leave. My mother was offended, and I told her to call corporate. All things considered, I am disappointed, and hope that the store makes better hiring decisions in the future.

Irresponsible, Unprofessional, Unreliable…read more Our washer that we purchased from this company was recalled back in 2016 and deemed unsafe. According to Samsung, this washer has never been repaired by any of their licensed professionals. The washer doesn't complete spin cycles which we were told by one of their technicians that it is just sensitive and picky. This may or may not be related to the recall according to Samsung. Since July 22nd, this washer has only completed four loads total, two the day that the technician came out, once on September 16th, and once November 26th. Also, while delivering the washer and dryer, the dryer was delivered without a filter and it took between June 28th and July 17th to get one from them. The delivery guys also made gouge marks in our hardwood floors which later had to be sanded out. Which my dad unknowingly signed a waiver which he thought was an invoice so he paid for the floor to get redone, but the fact that they made marks on our new floors is unbelievable.
