Mariano told me that he would need to put me on a brief hold. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back. So I called back and I spoke to Martin and he told me to expect delivery today between 4 and 6 pm. About 30 minutes ago I got an email telling me that my item was out of stock and that I needed to call the store to get a refund or pick something else. I called the store to get my money back and I was asked if I could go on brief hold. At this point I have been on hold 11 minutes. I would never do business with this location again.

They greet you and make sure you're finding what you're looking for. I went looking for scrubs, but to my dismay they don't carry anymore. I still left with a throw blanket that was half off and some kcups for coffee. I'd still go here for other items for household items.

It was sagging in middle. When I saw box spring I knew why mattress was sagging. There was a huge dip in the middle of box spring. When he took box spring we could see the rails etc had failed. The techs upon delivery even said Rob is notorious for this and to notify the corporate office in St Charles. My husband had to remove the outside panel, wire it, and move it to the correct location himself. Hours worth of work! There are other places out there that make the delivery and installation easier and stand by what they say. Rob offered us a couple hundred dollars in free gift cards and apologized for the "miscommunication". If you get the sales pitch of "we take care of everything" - they only take care of taking your money! Go elsewhere!
