And, since I am not at all artistic, nor good at decorating, and I am a bit intimidated by decorating my home, I really appreciated the helpful owner. She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. I manage an establishment with 20 employees and if I ever heard one of my employees talk to any customer or not make it right for any customer. The second visit, we got Ashley who greeted us, was very professional and made clear he would respect our privacy but also check in periodically. I'm not one to complain but it is very frustrating being a young couple in our 20s, going to spend thousands and get treated like we are kids. I get that we are young, but to assume that we are oblivious to information such as a card balance, how much the "monthly payment" is and to repeatedly not listen to what we wish to not add on to our purchase.
