The place is filthy…read more The tops of machines and floors haven't been wiped down in a long time and are a soapy mess. The prices are average. The machines added so little water to my laundry load that they didn't clean properly. On one of the machines I used the liquid fabric softener bin on top was clogged and didn't add to my clothes. Overall, I overpaid for my clothes to get only slightly cleaner and I had to make sure they (my clothes) and myself didn't touch anything butty the inside of the machines.

When I dropped off my items the gentleman was very friendly, quoting me $8.00 to clean a large blanket and a large teddy bear. I expressed I was surprised, yet very pleased with the price. My son clearly remembers this quote too. Upon picking up my items, the guy charged me $31. I mentioned that I was quoted $8 and he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know what was saying. I also said the bear looked a bit ruined. He said he tried to clean it 3 times, but was not able to. When I opened the plastic, no sign of this effort showed at all. The same went for the blanket.
