Hi absent owner! Yes please let's clarify! I refused to give you my contact information as you stated you would call me the next day. How would that get my clothes serviced from being soaked that day. Secondly, your dryers go for 8 minutes for .89 cents so yes, I inserted it multiple times to start for the other loads as everyone must do. At the end it usually requires one more insert which you should absolutely review please and see I entered it once and was charged TWICE. Also set I varied the overly soaked clothes out to my car and dried them at home- As I stated! And it's not the first time but thanks for getting on here to argue and be dismissive about my customer experience . Your attendant was actually fine and doing her job the best she could but you were not there to support her. We waited nearly half an hour for you the respond to her text according to her! Show the recording of me sitting and waiting for that from your cameras. You weren't there working, nor were your machines sir so please stop wasting time on the excuses it's not my first rodeo with you all so I found it time to give a review. As you see I have very few low reviews that I provide because each individuals experience is unique but if I try you several times and it's always something, or it's a complete disregard for a concern then people should know. read more

Best thing I ever discovered!! I have a busy life and 4 kids plus 4 pets. They pick up my laundry and drop it off!!! It smells good, it's folded up perfectly and they are quick about it. I go into the laundromat sometimes to wash my blankets or towels because I mostly use the laundry service for our clothes just because we already have a lot of clothes with 6 people. The attendants that work there are always just so NICE!! Thank you for making my life easier with this service! I am extremely grateful. Extremely overpriced. Customer service itself was 10/10, friendly and attentive but to wash a big load is over $11 and the dryers are 85c for random amounts of time that's just well overpriced Update- clothes came out with many stains the washers here are the absolute worst. The dryers gave us different time intervals as well. I'm really bummed with my experience, my clothes are ruined :( we are currently renovating and don't have a washer or dryer installed yet. I opted for the drop off and pick up wash and dry service. I appreciate the quick turn around. I dropped my bag off during the morning and was able to pick up within a few hours after work. A good amount of my clothes have these random oil spots all over them. I even brought my own detergent, and the lady I gave them to said they can add mine. I guess she was implying that they also use their own?? But did not disclose what soap they use. Every time I try to call I get a busy automated message. My pipes busted and forced me to need a laundromat STAT! Found my way to Dash Point Laundry. Haven't been to one in years and I wasn't expecting too much! Everything has changed! I went on a Sunday and it was busy busy! The laundromat itself was clean, the washers varied in size and the dryers seem to be the same. All of the equipment was in good condition, no smell from the washers. I loved that they accepted credit/debit to do laundry. My biggest gripe is the price but I may have been out of touch. Our washers cost just over $8 each and took about 30 minutes. The dryers were almost a buck for each 9 minutes. I used 2 dryers at about 40 minutes. The thing that I appreciated most was the wonderful attendant that was on duty. She was so helpful and kind. If you ever just want to drop your clothes off and go the attendant mentioned that they offer drop off, wash and fold for $1.25 a lb with next day pickup, sometimes the same day! read more

UNSAFE and refuses to enforce mask mandate! Two adults had no masks on when I went in. I reported this to the attendant, and she said they were aware of the mandate, but the owner did not enforce it. I said I'd report them to the WA DOH for failure to comply. A few minutes later, the attendant (who was very pleasant, I should add) came to say the owner was on the line and would call me if I provided my number. I said I was happy to talk with her, but that the bottom line is that they're not in compliance. The attendant relayed this to the owner, then said they couldn't force people to wear masks (even though they have this sign posted about reserving the right to refuse service to anyone!). I pointed out that the nail salon next door has a sign that says no entry without a mask, even if vaccinated. Dash Point Laundry has NO signage about masks. If I didn't already have my wash in the machines, I'd leave. It's clear this business values profit over the safety of its customers, and is even willing to defy the state mask mandate. That makes a person question what other matters the owner doesn't have integrity about. So if you care about your safety and don't want to risk catching COVID, find another laundromat. read more

Hello goodnight, I'm requesting a call back from manager or owner of Dash Point Laundry over an experience that happened today 02/16/24, my sister & 2 underage brothers came to this laundry 14 minutes before 7:30pm (official last load to wash), and as they were coming in, the Hispanic lady with glasses was snapping her fingers with gloves on, which makes the snapping louder, and was tell us to hurry up in Spanish. Like excuse me? I couldn't believe before my eyes, we were more embarrassed to tell her something and confront her. So, this is my local laundromat and recently the heating element in my dryer went out so I could wash clothes but couldn't dry them. so I was just going to them for the dryers They don't make much money off of the dryers so the guy VERY rudely told me that they've changed their policy and I'm no longer allowed to dry my clothes there and I needed to leave... Our dryer went out during the "Snowmagedon" due to a power surge. So while we wait for the part to come (FedEx lost it), we are drying all our clothes here. It is clean, not to expensive and better than I expected. Not bad for a laundrymat.....hopefully, I won't be going here very often. Legit, clean, friendly little laundromat. They offer various size washers from $2.75 to $5 to $7 a wash (clarified through load weight) and big dryers that are pretty cheap. I had to bring in a big comforter that was much too big and heavy for my own washer, fits just fine here. There is also detergent and all the laundry necessities available for purchase in case you forgot your own. Totally coming back the next time I need a laundromat. I just wish there was some sort of wifi. read more

Cleanliness: excellent!! Especially the bathroom! They keep that bathroom. Obsessively clean. There are always plenty of available washers and dryers. Where they lose two stars, is their payment system. It is convenient not to have quarters, but they do require cash only. Furthermore, you have to get a laundry card, and you have to use cash to load it, and there are no refunds on the remaining balance if the card. Which is fine, if you use this laundromat on a regular basis. However, if you are anning on moving, and you don't use the money on the card, you lose it! HUGE issue to me, and I do believ hie that borders on being illegal. At the very least, it's a scummy policy. read more

After spending $40 today to wash my laundry, the value of which is around $1000.00, the manager told me he took my laundry out of two washing machines because other customers were more important than me, and my husband didn't remove them quickly enough for his liking. I then had to rewash all those clothes, another $8 for each wash. And the laundry card is only good here. Plus, you have to use cash to load your laundry card. No debit or credit cards accepted. The machines are excellent, but you have to deal with kids running around you, putting their feet on the folding tables, and management that steals your laundry. I have no way to determine what is missing yet, but we found clean clothes across the floor thanks to the manager removing our laundry from the machines. No one should have to lose their laundry because the manager thinks someone else is more important. Needless to say, we will not continue to spend our money here. If you are an adult without lots of screaming kids running around you, you need to watch your laundry, because the manager will take your laundry and good luck finding it all. read more

All in all, I like coming to here wash the larger house hold items. Bed spread, pillows, blankets....etc. lots of washers and it's never really packed. If there is one thing I would advise about. Be careful of some of the homeless people that come here to hang out. They seem harmless, but I've been here for the past hour or so washing and a few of them have come in. Paced around the place, looking into the washers and at peoples baskets. Then the leave. DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS UNATTENDED! Besides that. A nice place to come wash laundry. read more

The house I bought came with a washer and dryer, but I discovered the dryer would not heat- bummer! Thankfully, this laundromat was not too far from me, had lots of machines and a cool card payment system set up instead of cash. This is very convenient. The machines were easy to use, but you might need a step stool for the taller ones if you are short because the detergent inserts are on top. There aren't too many chairs, but there's a Starbucks and a Subway in the same lot so you can chill while you are waiting. Patrons here seem friendly and helpful each other out. read more

He's very busy helping everyone and constantly cleaning up. An earlier reviewer noted that there was no attendant there to help. I admit, if he wasn't there to help, I probably would've left. Well...it's a laundromat. So there's that. Um, it's clean. Does only take cash which is a bummer in 2018 but not worth docking them a star. Machines are biggggg and I could do a weeks worth of laundry for one person in one 45lb machine. Website says they have free WiFi but I'm assuming you have to ask for the code bc it has a password on. They have put money on these refillable cards to operate the machines which is more convenient than quarters (but again, it would be nice if they'd take a debit card to refill those things). All and all not a bad experience. read more

My first time back in 3 years. Won't ever go back!! My daughter and I had put our laundry Into the washers and went to Subway to grab food, came back sat down was eating my food, got up to go put my laundry into the dryer came back and there was a baby cockroach On my food wrapper, So I smashed it took it to the counter and showed the gal that was working I then threw my food away, went to the washer to put my clothes into the dryer there was a bigger cockroach on the washer, I went to get the attendant to show her, she went back to get a paper towel to kill it, I had already taken a rag and killed it. After I got my laundry done I asked if I could get contact information for owner, she was starting to write it down and stopped, told me that she needed my name and number, I told her that I don't feel comfortable giving my name and number. In the end I finally gave my name and number. The owner calls me and told me that they don't have cockroaches and that they came in on someone's belongings and I said to him I found two in completely different locations of the laundry mat, therefore they do have them and need to spray because if they get into someone's clothes they can take them home and end up having cockroaches.... The service I received yesterday was very very poor and unprofessional! Please don't deny that you have cockroaches do something about it!!!!! I had better treatment from the previous owner. I wasted $13 worth of food because of a cockroach crawling on it. read more

If I were asked to choose a favorite laundromat, it would be this one. They are located a bit further away than I am used to going to do my laundry, but it is clean and there are always washers available. There are on site attendants who provide assistance where needed and they keep things running smoothly. One of my favorite aspects of this laundromat is that they use a card payment system. No need to carry around a bunch of heavy quarters! When using a high capacity machine, it can get tiresome inserting 12+/- quarters, one at a time! Here you load money on a card they provide and you keep,then you need only insert and remove the card in the machine you're using, it will automatically deduct the cost from your balance . The only negative point is that they do not refund money still on card when you are done, so you must only load as much money as you think you'll need. You can always load more on the card if necessary. In my case, I leave any balance on the card for my next visit. read more

Plenty of washers and dryers here. The washers fit 75lbs worth of clothes (it fit 3 loads of clothes!!!!!) in there. Which is a LOT. It finished washing all of my clothes in half an hour... and the dryers are also huge. I came on a Thursday, so there wasn't a lot of people and plenty of washers/dryers to go around. The attendant was kind and walked around making sure the place was clean. They only accept cash, so make sure you have some money pulled out already (about $20). The machines only accept laundry cards, so you have to put money into the cards first. They also sell detergent and dryer sheets here if you don't have any. Also, Starbucks is right across so there's your coffee fix if you need it :) read more

So I have been looking for a laundromat that could accommodate my comforters without them being crowed. Well I finally found one. I know most people hat going to the laundromat and I get that especially when you have a machine at home. But if I had to choose one, this would be it. I was able to fit two queen size comforters into one machine and could have easily fit one more full size or twin in with them. The place is kept clean, there are two televisions - of each for kids and one for adults, there are up to date magazines to read and the owner is always checking on the patrons.
