They still haven't hooked up the washers behind the counter to do the drop-off laundry. That means the drop-off is done out front where it is difficult to keep track of and is often stolen. Wyatt Wood dropped off some expensive Pendleton shirts once, and owner Rose Mathes had a fit when she had to replace his stolen shirts. He was a frequent drop-off customer, we all knew him, and I was there when this discussion took place. read more

I washed a down comforter yesterday and Maria was so helpful, professional and kind. She showed me how to use the card system and machines. She is an awesome asset to the Company. The laundromat was clean and well attended. I have paid a cleaners $50, in the past, to dry clean the comforter; never again. I paid about $12 to do it myself. Great value here! I have used this laundry mart for about 2 months while we were in the process of moving For the most part I had excelled, friendly service in a clean facility. Until this past Friday. The older woman that worked there had a very poor disposition but hey that's some people's personality. However, when I went to get the cash back from my laundry card she wouldn't do it because it was over $20 (it was $22.17). So I said ok just give me the $20 and she refused again mumbling something about "having to ring it up". I told her that was theft and all she said was "no it's not". In what world would this not be theft? If they can't process the funds correctly on this card system they shouldn't using it. Or at the very least they need to clearly post at the site of the machine that they will not give refunds if the amount on the card is over $20. Still theft but ... I would have given 5 stars up until this experience. read more

Came on a Saturday. Not too busy. Just came to wash two big blankets. Used the triple loader. It was 5.79 for hot water. Cheaper if you use cold or warm. Drying is 69 cents per 10 min. Clothes were clean and the attendant asked if we needed help with the pay card, but we got it. Overall clean place, decent people. Will probably come again. read more

Always clean. I've never had any issues with any of the employees so far they've been all helpful.

We came here to wash all our blankets. They have a good selection of large front loading machines, so you have a choice of which size machine you want to use. But their paying system is a little glitchy. First of all they don't take coins. You have to buy a card and load it with credits like you would at a video arcade... the problem is the machines charges odd amounts like 6.89 something like that which means you are always gonna leave money on the card which is ok if you come here often but otherwise you lose the money left there. The machine had a hard time reading the card and we had to call someone... so... not perfect for paying... anyway.. just came here for the large machines... but i wouldn't come for regular laundry. Clean place. Quiet... so it's ok from time to time. read more

the old lady working there today at 9am was extremely rude. This wasn't the first time I noticed her attitude. It has been very consistent She is rude every time I've been there and she was there and I'm honestly tired of the bad attitude. Everyone else that works there has been a delight except her. The old skinny lady with glasses was talking rude about one of the people that was there to do their laundry to someone that may of worked there or someone she knew, either way that is very unprofessional. It's a very nice place when she isn't there. I asked to use the bathroom and she huffed, puffed rolled her eyes and then got up. Maybe next time I'll just drive across town after the funds run out on my card. Besides her the place is 5 stars, except she ruined my experience again. Not gonna ruin my day lady. I have been going to this place a lot over the years and have enjoyed going there. Tonight the employee at the counter turned away my girlfriend before their cutoff time for putting a load in. I called the laundromat to complain and the employee hung up on me. Do not use this company, as the employee only cared about herself and getting out early rather than helping customers. read more

They're a Wash, Dry and Fold laundry service that charges you $1.19/lb with 24 hour turn-around service. Meaning you can take all your laundry in garbage bags and in one day they'll wash, dry and fold your laundry and then wrap all your newly cleaned laundry in plastic wrap for you. It's a fantastic service and the ladies who work there are helpful. They also have many washers and dryers if you choose to do your own, but why would you? This was the worst experience we've had with a laundry service. My wife and I had just had a baby and we had a ton of laundry that needed to be done, so we brought ALL of our clothes to them to do for us. When I returned home from picking up our clothes I realized that more than half of our clothes were missing. I went back to pick up what was missing and they told me that they were still doing it and to call tomorrow (which turned out to be a lie). I called the next day and the person put me on hold for a lengthy amount of time and then said to come by tomorrow. I came to the store the next day and the attendant reluctantly told me that when they were drying our clothes someone took them and the she thinks she knows who did it and they were going to stake out Fred Meyer where they've either seen them before or the person works. Bottom line: no police report, no attempt to get my clothes back and then they fought us every step of the way for a fair refund for the thousand plus dollars worth of clothing that needed to be replaced. I finally relented and agreed to a less than decent amount that didn't even come close to returning us to the place we were before mistakenly entering the business. I will never step foot in the place again. read more

It's probably been about 15 years since I've been in a laundromat. But, our washer broke and I was expecting the worst, but this place is really, really nice. I had probably about 8 loads of laundry, three of which were large comforters. Laundry Mart has a wide assortment of washer sizes making the task easier. You don't need quarters, you charge a card. While we waited, our toddler played in little kids area they have and the adults sat with their laptops at one of the tables. Super convenient, well lit, safe (lots of cameras), face and affordable. Our first experience with this business was really good, when we went in and did our own laundry. The machines worked well, the staff appeared helpful, and I wanted to go back (although other patrons seemed to be having difficulty with their machines that week). Some weeks, you just need fluff & fold. You've had a long week, you have a lot on your plate. And this establishment states that they offer fluff & fold. My husband and I took our not so large (1 medium bag, 1 small bag) weekly laundry in this week for that service because of the aforementioned reasons. When I mentioned to the attendant that one of the bags was delicate and simply didn't need drying but to be hung, I was advised that they don't do that anymore and that the owner has advised them that the patrons are to be told that all laundry is done the same way. Rather than have my laundry ruined, my husband and I spent hours that we didn't have the time or energy for doing the laundry ourselves. Fluff & fold is a great service, when you can trust that the establishment won't ruin your wardrobe. In this case, I could not take that chance. I was advised that I could go to another laundry. It's unfortunate, because I do like the business, but I do not like the business model. And that alone will take my money to an establishment who understands customer service. I'd suggest that if they want to keep business they focus on the core of their patrons...individuals and families. read more

Very very reasonably priced drop off service. Next day turn around for most items. Will fold and hang all your clothing better than you've ever seen. They will even do your big comforters. You can bring your own soap and softener or they have theirs too. Highly recommend if you're a busy, have small laundry facilities or are just feeling lazy. read more

I sent my daughter here after looking them up online and when she got there they would not let her use the dryers ( all she needed) because they were closing soon. She told them we looked up their hours on line they said " well, sorry the online hours must be wrong". Fix your hours. It is really poor customer service. read more

Been using their drop off laundry service for a few years and I loved it until recently. A few of the girls are great. Get my stuff back, clean, folded, and neatly wrapped. The last several times though my things have been coming back folded and wrapped very carelessly, and the most recent time I used their service several articles of clothing had bleach discoloration. I was told that even under their care they weren't responsible for lost or damaged items. I won't be going back. I'll be finding a new service. read more

Our dryer broke, so I decided to stop in here and do massive amounts of laundry. I didn't use the service, just did it myself. The facility seemed clean, not too crowded, and there was always someone around to help (she was also doing lots of general cleaning and up-keep while I was there). HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have been coming here for over 3 years. Today me and my girlfriend had to do laundry, as we were removing a load from a washer, we noticed a used condom in the machine that was not tied off. I stopped, asked the attendant to come take a look so we could figure out how to rectify the situation. This was a load that contained delicates, which I was not comfortable having myself or my girlfriend wear again. She called the owner, who told her to do nothing. I filled out a form and that was all they did for me. I then told her to call the owner back to see what he could do. She handed the phone to me, the owner was extremely rude, threatened me with a lawyer if I were to do anything, and told me there was nothing that they would do. They then had us escorted off premises. Do not go here. If anything goes wrong, they will not help you. read more

I have used a few Wash, Dry, Fold laundry services and this is by far the best. It certainly wasn't the cheapest but every article of clothing smells great, was folded with care and stacked nicely. For 75 lbs of laundry I paid about $100 to get every washed, dried and folded with a 12 hour turn around. Doesn't get much better than that! read more
