Sean showed up and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and had us feeling optimistic about a resolution. It all went downhill from there, Sean was incredibly difficult to get ahold of for follow-ups and scheduling. I had to call the main number multiple times and often wait days to get a call back. However, we moved forward with a formal water test because of Sean's knowledge and direction on the process. The water test went as planned, they showed up and did a good job, helped us identify the intrusion, but we were promised a formal write-up and plan to fix. And that just never happened. I called multiple times, talking with Natasha, Kristen and Eric. Expressing the urgency of resolution (we had no AC or Washer Dryer until we fixed the intrusion and this was in the dead of summer). In fact, I never heard back from them until they followed up on payment (which was over the quote), and then of course they were very prompt to respond. I expressed my discontent with the service and my woes, and I was met with a matter of fact on this was the quote, please pay us. Oh, and some lame response about they sent the formal test results and repair plan previously (which they didn't). In fact, this was the same response I got over and over when trying to call Sean. "Oh, Sean emailed you or called you back." No he didn't.... So yea, knowledgeable technicians with horrible etiquette and terrible project management and customer service. How could I have 3 people managing our project and have it run this poorly. Please be warry of them, especially if you have an urgent issue. Definitely do not recommend.

This company has helped us with two big projects. In between I tried two other companies, and DIY with Pro Help really sets the bar. They recently wrapped up 2 trex decks and 2 new patios doors. Progress and completion of the project was accurately timed, and the only timing issues at all had to do with a delay in materials arrival from the lumberyard. Otherwise, as issues popped up (issues and unknown challenges always pop up), they were communicated and professionally handled. They take pride in doing fine work, and along the way they are pleasant to be around, absolutely trustworthy, and overall solid professionals. I am already planning subsequent projects. Whoa! I was a bit hesitant to hire a handyman from Yelp since it seems like many of them have…read morereviews from yelpers who have no friends or very minimal reviews. But Yelp hasn't steered me wrong just yet, so I compiled a list of the most loved Handymen and started going down the line. It turns out though that the most sought after handymen were all booked out until Jan. I was getting a little anxious and worried since we only had a 30 day window to make some modifications in the kitchen for Home Depot to come back out and install our appliances we had purchased. I sent a "request for quote" on yelp and Fabian from FD Handyman Services got back to me letting me know they would be able to take care of everything. He sent Giovanni out a couple days later. This was the list of items he took care of: 1. The cabinet above the current microwave is measured at 28.5 from the cooktop, but needs to be raised up to 30 inches 2. The current oven was hardwired, but the new oven requires a 220v outlet installed 3. The previous owners put in the countertop and hardwood floors around the current dishwasher, so the dishwasher cutout is measured at 33.5. The new one requires a 34 inch opening. The countertop trim would need to be cut a .5 in order to get the dishwasher installed. 4. The current dishwasher is directly connected to the garbage disposal, the new one requires an air gap to be installed 5. The hot water angle stop valve was corroded and needed to be replaced 6. The refrigerator line was still connected to the old plastic tube, but we need to switch it out to the steel line and the cold water valve also needed to be replaced It took him about 7 hours to complete the entire list above. He cleaned up after himself well and was really friendly. I came home a couple days later and prepped for Home Depot to come by and install the appliances. I was checking out the wires under the sink when I saw that it was leaking! I had a mini heart attack. Giovanni was able to pick up the parts and get to my house about 1.5 hours later. He got it all fixed up. A couple other items had to be corrected, but he made sure to test everything again before leaving. We're still satisfied with the service Giovanni provided us and will be calling him back for future projects!
