Since I live in Indiana, I told the owner I was in no rush and would plan an afternoon for errands to retrieve the knives. Provided my name and number and received a text a week or so later informing me of pickup times and price. SO EASY!!! This was definitely worth every penny to have like-new kitchen tools and I shouldn't have waited so long. Several parking spots out front of the building directly off of Shelbyville Road and building is easily accessible. The owner was super nice and pleasant and answered a few more of my questions regarding scissors, yard shears, etc. Planning to return very soon to get the rest of my To Do list completed and so grateful to have a friend who recommended this business to me. Very affordable and quality service. I've had to be extremely careful since getting my knives back because they are very sharp! :)

Dine is a restaurant supply store, but different from other similar businesses, normies like me can shop here as well. But know that Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma, this is not. The vibe is definitely more getting down to business. But even so, there are some fun things for us amateurs. This includes: * cookie sheets, dishers, knives, spatulas, pans, pots and mixing bowls of various sizes * big bag o' disposable chop sticks, along with soy sauce bottles * cake boards and boxes * servingware (could come in handy if you're making food for a big crowd ... post-COVID obviously) * chef coats and hats * pizza peels and stones * woks * and lots more. I admit that I visited just before closing and unfortunately didn't get to see everything or take pics. But that brings me to the customer service. The staff did not rush me along even though I came in late and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up buying cake pans (my reason for visiting) plus a springform pan, chopsticks, small-size disher and cake boards. I will definitely be back to add to my kitchen full of cooking goodies.

I had even actually considered just walking out as no one even noticed me at the register for several minutes. I was literally within 2 feet of an employee restocking and she only spoke to her coworker. Would it have been so hard to say "sorry for your wait" or "thank you" after my purchase? Person who rang up my items didn't even seem to want to be there. It's a shame, as I have enjoyed previous shopping experiences there.

I literally almost devoured it in the car before I left for work during my lunch break. The pimento cheese is the absolute best pimento cheese I've ever had in all of Kentucky. Everything was so delicious and piping hot and the customer service was excellent. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who comes to Lexington as it is a hidden gem that everyone should know about and support.
