I WILL NOT RETURN! I've been a loyal customer here for over a decade, but after tonight's experience, I won't be returning. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM, yet walk-ins were continuously taken ahead of me. After waiting for two hours, I still had not been seen. At one point, the front desk assured me I was next, but another full hour passed without any update or acknowledgment. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have an appointment disregarded like this especially as a long-time client. If you're UNABLE to manage both appointments and walk-ins effectively, then you shouldn't be accepting walk-ins at the expense of scheduled customers. Respecting clients' time should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case tonight. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere, and I won't be coming back. EVERYONE looked flustered and stressed out. I wouldn't trust someone doing my taxes if they were acting like this because they can easily mess up numbers. I'm also leaving a google review. And let me add before the owner tries to respond with some BS. This was a day before the tax deadline. It doesn't matter if it's the same day. Do not OVERBOOK if you can't handle the workload and do not take walk in's before appointments. read more

Out of state resident who has been going to this place for 8 years now. Figured it was easier to have them files my taxes this year since I'm an existing client. Had an appointment scheduled with Joe for a 12 pm. On 3/19. Iris called to let me know he was running late and offered a 3:30 appt. Iris confirmed he could do out of state calls with no issues. Joe didn't call or text until 4:15 and just says "hey it's Joe the tax guy. Call me." Just really inconsiderate of peoples time and especially when I'm willing to still give this place my money to do a simple tax return. And bringing in a new client on top of that. Not sure if he just thought he couldn't make enough money out of me or something. No call to reschedule or apologize was ever provided by either Joe or Iris. read more

I was trying to purchase my home insurance with them. Some reason it took them a week for them to give me a quote when I try to purchase it. They're telling me they cannot not find it. How can you lose a quote if you guys have computers in a system. I called and try to speak to someone the lady that answer the phone was very rude and was not trying to give me a name. I want to start of saying that it's not this location that I'm talking about it's the one in Sepulveda North Hills. But it's under the same company. This is the only place where you can Yelp or write any sort of review because they only have this location for that. I would not recommend this place because they apparently close at 7:00pm & i got there at 6:55pm, & the lady in there already locked up. She was very rude she ignored me the whole time i was knocking, & just stood there the whole time till it turned 7:00pm. Sus Servicios' Alex signed me up with affordable auto insurance a couple of years ago. The service and communication was great in the beginning when I signed up. They responded quickly and always got back to me. The issue comes afterwards, when my auto insurance was having some renewal issues. I called the auto insurance company who said that only my agent could help me out. I called the office many times to leave messages. I think it was a span of two weeks? Not once did they call me back. Alex eventually texted me, on the last day my auto ins was about to end to tell me he would fix it. He changed my home address to my work address without a heads up. Overall, poor experience. I would not recommend signing up auto insurance with Sus Servicios. read more

My Hubby, who is Self Employed, tends to not always have his paperwork in order. So much so that even I won't mess with it. But Anne did! And she was amazing at having so much knowledge about every type of Tax forms and different types of questions we had. We took our Toddler with us who also had a good experience because he spent his entire time in the Children's room, playing and reading the books they had there. Lackadaisical customer service cost the business of an otherwise satisfied existing client. I first came across Sus Servicios a few years ago and was blown away by the service provided by Alex. He handled a title transfer for an out-of-state motorcycle and hooked me up with the best vehicle insurance I've ever had-unlimited free roadside assistance (including free towing) for less than $80 per year! Fast-forward to the present; On a thursday I called twice looking for Alex. On the first, I was told by a young lady to call back "in an hour or so" before the call was abruptly disconnected. I called back in two hours and was greeted by the person I had spoke with earlier. I was told that Alex was "not in yet", she then, reluctantly, agreed to take a message and then promptly transferred me to voice mail. The message I left indicated that I was looking for insurance for my daughter and included both my name and phone number, twice. It wasn't until the following tuesday that I heard back from Alex. He volunteered the information that he had heard my message shortly after I'd left it and explained that he'd been so busy that he had to put off returning my call until the present. Now like I said; Alex really knows his sh_t, so it is possible that he was so busy that it took five (5) days to return my call- but if that was actually the case it doesn't excuse the management for dropping the ball. If Alex brings in that kinda of volume their sales manager needs to hire more staff-pronto! read more

Just got my taxes done by Ann. I had all my documents ready like suggested on their website to ensure I was getting the Maximum refund. I did my own taxes for the past two years thinking I was saving money but always had to pay so much to the IRS. I talked to a friend who is also a business owner and has been going to Su taxes for the past couple of years and she recommended making an appointment with Ann. Well, I went and I ended getting back some money instead of paying because Ann asked many so many questions that I had over looked when doing my own taxes and she explained things thoroughly. We went to Sus Services in Sylmar, CA for our taxes to be completed. We had to wait for a while due to the number of people needing service. A very nice lady by the name of Ann assisted us with our tax preparation. She was very careful and diligent in her preparation. She asked us questions to make sure that she was preparing our taxes correctly. We had a little complication with our taxes, but Ann spoke to another person in the office to make sure that the information was being entered on the correct form for the IRS, and in the correct area. I'm giving this place a 4 star for the following reasons. I have been doing my taxes with Joesph for about 3 years and I'm very happy he's great. I recently found out they provided car insurance and he advised me Alex was a very busy man. I then called and was able to get a quote started with Rosa. I called last week to proceed with the quote and finalize it, I was told by the receptionist she was unavailable to leave my name and number and she would get back to me. Okay, I called 2 hours later and she was unavailable still the receptionist said she had stepped out and what not left another message. I explained to her I wanted to get this processed immediately and if there was a way she can could at least let me know if she would have time for me to go in that day. The receptionist then said to come by they closed @8. At this point I was really annoyed of the lack of customer service. I then call back once more and this girl is unavailable again I explain to the girl I live far and I need a quick response if she can do it then this receptionist leaves me on hold for 5 freakn minutes and I hang up and call back and explain to her to not give me the runaround if she can't do it or at least get back to me and say yes or no give my quote to someone else who can help me or let me know SOMETHING. So after basically flipping out on her she then referred me to their north hills location and let me tell you Anita was great! I went it that same afternoon and BAM just like that we finalized it. And on Thursday which was 4 days after I finalized this deal Rosa calls to finalize my deal Ha Ha what a joke. She didn't even apologize for never at least giving me a quick call to say she was busy or anything she called to finalize the quote she "started" that Anita had "finalized" 4 days prior. I then told her in a rude voice It's been done Anita took care of me 4 days ago and it's closed. She then says did she give you good prices was it what I quoted you and so on. Really? At that point I was over it and told her good bye. Thanks Anita and Joesph you are both wonderful. Please teach the rest of your staff how to have the awesome customer service skills you have. I recently got my extension filed with Alex and was quite pleased with my return. I usually just do my taxes online through Turbotax, but trust me, having someone physically in front of you is much more helpful and easier than turbotax! Alex was actually able to claim and write off some expenses I wouldn't have otherwise if I did my taxes myself. I recommend seeing Alex before going to Turbotax or other online tax filing services; they are very cookie cutter and generic compared to Su taxes where he was able to cater and customize my filing to me! Found them on yelp after being dissatisfied with my previous broker. Some of my main points in finding a broker are: 1. Knowing that they will take care of me throughout the years if I have any questions 2. Affordable insurance 3. Local, in order to make monthly payments I came in on a Saturday morning and Alex took care of me. He kindly offered me coffee and chips which was really nice. It only took him 5 minutes to find me cheap auto insurance. He explained the different coverages and what I was paying for. I am only paying $54 for full coverage and a low deductible.
