I've been a customer since they opened. I've seen employees come and go. Today, they've lost a customer, that they probably don't care about. This is a family owned business, the owner has the greatest customer service. The employees, rude, they hang up on you when you call, they always have an attitude. To email you a receipt they take days. I called on 2/06 to request a copy of my 2018 Taxes, its been days & I've still haven't received my copy. I've called multiple times, they receptionist keeps telling their system is down with an attitude. This is your job, if you don't like it go work elsewhere. read more

I went in to do my taxes on 1/27 and they needed to be reviewed by the owner, which I was told I would hear something my Saturday. After I paid their fees on the 27th I did not hear anything till I called them on Tuesday. After I called them I had to go in cause my taxes were incorrect, the person that helped me on the 27th forgot to check a box. After I went to sign the corrected taxes I get home and they switched my refund from direct deposit to check...so I call them back again. I was checking the status on my refund on the website and they had no info. so I called on 2/7 and the person I spoke to advised that they had been filed already and would not answer me when I asked the date they were filed. Coincidence, i check the status on my refund and they have info...after I had to call and that is why they would not provide me with a date they were filed. I will never go back again and I will never refer anyone here. Your better off using TurboTax! read more

I created a Yelp account just to give this company a great review. My car was totaled a month ago. I had two driving citations. After buying another car and finding out all my rates had nearly doubled/tripled. All companies were quoting me $280-500 a month. Spent two hours plus on the phone with a handful of major insurance companies and was about to give up, defeated with my new premiums being astronomical and getting nowhere. It was 6:15 at night and in one last attempt I typed in "car insurance" on yelp. I saw Sus Servicios with great reviews and most importantly they were OPEN. I made one call and within a half hour ALEX had me a policy with 1/3 the deductible I initially had with progressive prior to my accident. AND it was significantly cheaper than what I had been paying before my record got all messed up with the car getting totaled. Seriously. Can't thank him enough. Don't waste your time elsewhere, do yourself a favor and save yourself TIME and MONEY by just giving them a call. So I am that person who went to one of those tax places that advertise on television commercials for two decades because I didn't know any better. Every year I hate it. They over charge. It's different people every time. They don't act professionally nor are they personable. It's like a factory for taxes. They shuffle you in and out. Because of that this year I tried to do my taxes online for free. Bad choice. It was confusing and i couldn't tell if it was corset or not. So I found this place on yelp. I thought how can a tax place have all five stars. Not possible. Actually ? Yes it is. I messaged them and got a response right away. Actually two responses. It was two days before tax day and they still welcomed me to walk in. When I did I was at the front desk and started to talk to the nice lady up front and all of a sudden Joe walked out of the office while he was helping someone else because he overheard me and he said "we absolutely can help you ". He was the one that messaged me on yelp. He remembered me. I waited for him because of course they were busy but it was easy to wait. They even had someone begin entering my confusing forms while I waited so by the time Joe could see me most of the process would be done but I wouldn't lose that personal touch they clearly surpass everyone else in. Joe shook my hand and even though it was the day before tax day and they were slammed busy he didn't rush me at all. He worked hard to give me the best solution possible. I made some mistakes last year and it did cost me on my taxes but he didn't make me feel bad for my mistakes. He simply took care of me and gave me tips for this year so it wouldn't happen again. Even though I owe more than I would like this was the best experience I ever had in this field. Joe. Thank you.
