The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

I said something before it was put in permanently, and directly after, but he ignored me completely. The document that I signed for the amount that was to be billed to my insurance company versus what I would pay, was fine, but then, mysteriously, the amount increased by 3 times the amount that they originally stated (and the amount that I agreed to). I understand that sometimes there will be some small variances in the estimate versus the final cost, but THREE TIMES the amount? Also, they billed my insurance company 28 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR THE SAME THING!!! How is that NOT shady? And every time I tried to talk to them regarding my bill, they were soooo rude. And now, I'm in collections. I would avoid these people at all costs unless you just have simple, straight forward dental work that you need done.

Fantastic Experience here with Dr. Flynn and his staff…read more Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant! Dr. Flynn is a major part of the team of specialists I selected to correct my smile. I have two 20+ year crowns on my front teeth (which caused decay, leading to bone loss) I saw him in March for a Bone Graft to correct the issue - it healed so nicely. Surgery was quick and almost painless. He has a very accurate with those injections! After waiting 6+ months, Dr Flynn then performed a gingivectomy (similar to crown lengthening) He did such fabulous work reshaping my gum line to prepare for new crowns. They look amazing. So natural.. I will come back to update with photos once I have my crowns placed! I highly recommend Dr. Flynn!!!
