Dr. Joshi takes the time to meet with the family which is unprecedented in this field, and his kindness and serenity meant so much. Dindo Bustrillos was my Mom's nurse and it's hard to fully articulate how wonderful he was, is, and always will be!! His expert knowledge, compassion, patience, good humor, and beauty of spirit were there every day, and I mean EVERY day!! His medical knowledge is bar none - simply outstanding. And, his nurturing presence made such a huge difference as the days wore on and became more difficult. I don't know how Dindo is able to retain and exude joy and caring in such a difficult profession -- the fact that he can hold so much and help during the most harrowing times in such an impactful way is astounding. Thank you so very much to Dindo and Redwood Hospice for your help during the most difficult life transition I can imagine. I am forever grateful.

After being transferred three times and being on the phone for 1 hour in total, I finally reached pediatrics where they told me they do not have available appointments. Then to which they said they had family med appointments available (the last person I spoke to said they didn't have any available) . I proceeded to let her know that I could not hear her and only could hear the people in her background speaking. She snapped at me and told me there's nothing she could do about background noise. How am I supposed to schedule, if I can't even hear her talk? So rude, and not a good first impression at all.

The way they bill patients is absolutely ridiculous. Last year, I had a preventive care visit, and I was charged $700. I'm not sure how they handle their billing codes, but it feels like a scam. Before you see the doctor, they hand you a laminated paper explaining that if you discuss anything outside preventive care, it will result in an additional charge. What's the point of the doctor asking, "How are you? Is anything bothering you?" if mentioning anything outside preventive care means a different cost? It's absurd. I recommend doing some research before deciding to come here. The only positive thing about this location is that parking is easy and it's a clean clinic.

From the first visit, Dr. Luu made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to listen and understand what was going on, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. His adjustments have made a big difference--my pain has improved a lot and I feel much more mobile than before. It's honestly been a huge relief. On top of that, he's very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed, and he actually cares about helping you get better. Scheduling appointments was also super simple and convenient, which made it even easier to stay consistent with treatment. Overall, I'm really glad I found Infinity Spine Center. But this place and Michael I'd walk on fire to get to on time. Caring and helpful. Not your run of the mill therapy. Michael is super knowledgeable. He works with my issues and adjusts because I have stenosis and carpal tunnel and sometimes the work to stabilize my neck will exacerbate the carpal tunnel. He's flexible and supportive with both issues. Everyone is always wearing a mask and there is no tolerance for unmasked mouth breathers. I appreciate that. They have high quality air filters and always do temperature checks and hand sanitizer is readily available in many locations. They are keeping my pain in check until I can get to neurologist and orthopedic surgeon.

From the get-go, the staff was warm and friendly and prioritized my recovery. I ended up working with my physical therapist Mike for over three months, and looked forward to my visits every time because of how well I was treated. The aides were professional, kind, and attentive. The front desk staff was a delight to work with. I appreciated having my exercises demonstrated, printed, and emailed, and was provided with all the necessary equipment and knowledge to do them at home. I enjoyed my time at Baysport so much that it was bittersweet to leave, despite my recovery. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for! (And yes, they give you a shirt upon "graduating" from PT...and it's a nice one!)

My doctor ordered a comprehensive blood panel to investigate the cause of my vitamin deficiency…read moresymptoms. The results were definitive: the complete blood count revealed macrocytic anemia, characterized by elevated mean corpuscular volume, a key indicator of either a vitamin B12 or folate issue. Further tests confirmed my serum folate levels were critically low, diagnosing a significant folate deficiency. The treatment plan was straightforward but required commitment: a regimen of high-dose folic acid supplements paired with a focused dietary overhaul. I began incorporating more folate-rich foods like lentils, beans, and grains into every meal. The first signs of improvement were subtle, but within two weeks, the weariness began to lift as my red blood cell production started to normalize. Over the next month, my energy rebounded significantly, and I felt a renewed sense of well-being that I hadn't realized was missing. This experience was a powerful lesson in how crucial specific micro nutrients are for both physical energy and mental sharpness!
