I have been seeing Dr. Ezzi since I was in 11 years old as well as all of my 5 siblings. she has always maintained the highest level of professionalism as well as manners in my over 20 years of coming to her practice. when I needed dentures she was able to produce a set that has lasted me over 10 years of perfection. the quality is so immaculate that 99% of the people I've come across have no idea these are dentures and always complement my smile. I recently visited EZ Dental for the first time to get my Invisalign journey started with my Orthodontist down the street. It was a wicked smooth process with no bumps in the road as both providers communicated efficiently. As someone who has a few diagnosis' that require attention to detail and care, I was well taken care of. For example, I do not like being laid all the way back as I have severe sleep apnea and I am a fat woman with large breasts. With those two factors, it can be harder for me to breathe if I am overly extended on my back. Dr. David was so great about it and stood to do work on my mouth even though I think I would have been ok! Side note for fat people concerned and reading: There are no fatphobic vibes at the practice and their equipment will hold you. I was about 410lbs at the appointments I will proceed to talk about. You're safe here! Book the appointment! :) I was kindly greeted by Dr.David Ezzi. I'll be real with you, I was expecting some old white dude in his 50s or 60s because that is what I have always had for dentists, but turns out he is a educated young professional with a passion for dentistry so I had no doubt he could hang and get my humor. He made pleasant conversation and asked me questions about myself such as what I do for work, where I am from, and any additional medical diagnosis' he should know about. He is a natural speaker and made sure to equally share about himself when asked. He cleaned my teeth and wasn't upset when I gave him the time old lie that everyone tells their dentist "yes, I TRY to floss," haha! The following day I came in for a filling...it's almost as if we should floss to avoid those nasty little cavities! (Dr.David if you're reading this, I floss now and I'm not lying!) My second visit he was just as pleasant as the day prior, if not more and shared a bit more about his experience in dentistry with me. I won't go too into detail, but Dr. David shared his willingness to work with a troubled population who needed extra care for their dental work AND enjoyed providing the service out of the kindness of his heart so of course the social worker in me was geeking out that I ended up with such a badass dentist who would take on such a task that other dentists would refer out for. I also met the wonderful Jeanelle who happens to be his sister (It's a family practice by the way!!!) She was a woman of few words (or maybe Dr.David and I talk too much? just kidding lol) but when she did speak, she was kind and friendly. She let me know she is en route to become a dentist as well! Go Jeanelle Go!!! I did not have the pleasure of meeting the fabulous Dr.Rachelle Ezzi but she wore the sweetest doctor cap that said "I love my dentist, he is my son!" David and Jeanelle were awesome, no doubt she is a wonderful dentist and mother to guide her children into dentistry and throughout their journeys as DMDs. Dr.Ezzi is one of the most professional and most intelligent people I have ever met. She truly saved my smile. I have been going to Dr.Ezzi's dental since I was six years old, and now I am currently twenty-one years old. She is the best! Dr.Ezzi and her staff will ensure that you feel comfortable and will treat you with the best hospitality. Before, my teeth were not that great, and I was very insecure about my smile my whole life until a few weeks ago when I have mentioned to Dr.Ezzi about the insecurity of mine which had to do with my smile (my two front teeth). One was larger than the other, and I never smiled in photos or at all really because of that insecurity. Still, as soon as I brought this up to Dr. Ezzi, she quickly acted and started to look into things we could do to save my smile; she did not give up at all, no matter how hard this procedure was going to be. Dr.Ezzi is a miracle worker. She indeed fixed my insecurity with my two front teeth. Now they are perfect. You will always catch me smiling now because she genuinely saved my smile. I couldn't thank her and the staff enough. The process was straightforward, fast, and non-painful. Dr.Ezzi is truly a genius. I could not imagine anyone else doing the fantastic work she has done. If you have any issues regarding your teeth, there is no doubt that she is confident enough to come up with a solution. This dentist has been nothing but unconvenient to me and my family. They are extremely unprofessional, have tons and tons of hidden fee, don't care about the patient and only care about the money. I went for my appointment on time and asked for the estimate before hand, which turned out to be more than what we expected and resulted in me canceling my appointment which pissed the doctor off and she charged me $50 for wasting her time. And I am not even joking. To be honest, the best thing is to avoid this place. I went to a community dentist in Lawrence and had a fabulous experience. They treated me with such respect and only charge what they said they would charge. read more

EZ Dental is kind of no frills, but in my experience they're very courteous and they do good work. My family and I have had several things done. All of it done well. They are also fairly flexible in terms of schedule. No fancy fish tanks in the waiting room, but I would recommend. read more

I went to ez dental a few times and never had any problems until my two most recent experiences. First of all I don't have dental insurance, so had to pay out of my pocket which is fine with me as long as the job is done. I went there to fix a cavity in a molar. The doctor fixed it, it was $375, and told me I had a little cavity starting in my front tooth. I came back to fix that a few weeks later, it cost close to $200, it looked good at first, but I had to come back because the way they fixed it made it uncomfortable to chew, so they had to trim it a bit. In the end I was pretty happy with the result, until a few days later I was brushing my teeth and saw that my front tooth has a chip on it, and it looks bad now. I was so upset about it, never going back there! But that's not it! A few months later the side of the molar they had fixed before broke! Now I have a chipped tooth and a big hole in my molar, thanks ez dental! Never going back there! And I agree with the previous review that the doctor is kind of cold and doesn't even make an effort to make you feel comfortable. read more

I called their office for two hours on a Tuesday morning and the fax machine was picking up each time with no way to leave a message. I called the office again around 2pm and the answering machine picked up the call. I left a message asking to be called back as I wanted to schedule an appointment. I visited to EZ dental, LLC, recently and all the jobs, cleaning and filling done very well without any problems. So now I can have a sweet big smile in front of all my family & friends, thank you Dr. Rachael, Karina, and staff members! Dr. EZ and her staffs, they work as an excellent team, they have always done A GREAT JOB! Best...and...Best! They are so wonderful personality and professional, they are so friendly, patient, and providing advice about anything in dentistry, and also offer flexible hour appointments, and very helpful. In addition, I am very comfortable when and during visiting them, the office is so clean, nice looking, and can't beat for the dental services, I enjoyed all time when I came down there. Actually, I've been with Dr. EZ for several decade, its been around almost more than 25 years, I am satisfy with all the services, and for all they have done to my tooth! I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this office and the services provided. I chose this dentist because my son's dentist had retired and Dr. Ezzi was in the same building where he had practiced. First, I called to make an appointment. While I was on the phone with the receptionist (Christina), she suddenly asked if it would be okay if she took my name and number and called back in five minutes. I gave her the information. I was busy working and at the end of the day I realized Christina had not called back. The next day, I called again and this time reached an answering machine. I left my information. Never received a call back. I called one more time because I thought maybe Dr. Ezzi was having issues training a new receptionist. This time, I made an appointment and brought my son in. When I arrived, we found that my son's father had dropped his insurance coverage. Certainly this is an issue for me, but should not be for the dentist, as I offered to pay in full. Despite this they immediately discharged my son from the office. We paid $110 for a cleaning which didn't even include polishing. Quite frankly I am shocked. I wasn't asking for credit. I wasn't asking to write a check. And the $110 fee should have included polishing according to other dentists I have called. read more
