And they had it! He was patient and friendly and I appreciated him. Unfortunately the heel was slightly wide so we didn't end up purchasing them but for the amazing service I'm giving them give stars. Lots of selection and I restrained myself as this visit was for him and not me. Prices are comparable for shoe warehouses. Parking in private lot.

DSW at Park Meadows in Lonetree, Colorado 1/4/2026. I returned a pair of Sketchers I bought on…read more1/2/26 because the right shoe fit very loose compared to the left. Also the instep on the shoe did not cover the booties I wear with sports shoes. I have never had a problem with one shoe being that loose. I found another pair I wanted to purchase. They were $85.00 and more than the discounted shoes I was returning. I noticed the soles on the new shoes were very dirty and the front top part dirty too. Even though they did not look new, i was willing to buy them. I asked for a little discount since it looked they were used and returned. The cashier asked Jasmine, (assistant mgr?) who said no, that the store floors were very dirty and folks try on shoes on and walk around the store and get the shoes dirty. She could not see anything that would warrant a discount. She also said something like 'they get upset if we discount'. I asked who is "they"? She said Corporate '. I asked for her Mgr and she said she was not in nor could she give me her schedule as to when she would be in. She said I would be receiving a survey and I could reply there about my store experience. Jasmine offered to order a brand new pair and issue me a store credit. I declined and asked for the refund on my personal card that I originally paid for the shoes I returned. She complied. I don't think a little 5-10% discount on a pair of $85.00 shoes would break the bank for DSW. In my opinion, DSW and Jasmine feels a pidly few dollars are more important to DSW than keeping a customer happy and loyal. There are so many other stores to purchase shoes from that will be getting my business. Thank goodness DSW isn't the only 'show in town'! Also coordinate your website hours for the Lonetree store with the tacky, unprofessional sheet secured on the entrance door with scotch tape! Jasmine also said this is what Corporate gave them to post.

You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. I am bummed they stopped caring my favorite from Neutrogena, the sesame oil lotion. Their customer service and staff is impeccable and what you would expect at Nordstrom. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Once you are outside the store you will notice your phone will start working again. Pick any shoe in the store and remember the price. Once you are outside the store "Google Search" the same shoe. You'll notice all shoes in Famous Footwear are for sale above the MSRP. Kohl's was "outed" for fake pricing, Famous Footwear can't be too far off for the same fake pricing. You will also notice nearly half of the store inventory is gone. It's anyone's guess as to why inventory is down 50% (this happened BEFORE COVID). First time I've ever been here, and first time I really noticed its presence in this shopping…read morecenter near Nordstrom Rack and Costco (and I come to this area a lot!). This place is really big! You walk in and are welcomed by rows upon rows of organized and brightly lit shoe options. Sneakers, boots, men's, women's and kid's! I had no idea they carried such a varied selection. I was surprised by the variety of stylish knee-high boots and the like they carried (nothing like the selection at DSW for boots though). And the pricing was reasonable, though I certainly didn't feel like I was getting anything for a deal or bargain hunting. My 6 year old son had quite a few rows of sneakers to peruse and make his choices from. They had his size in the majority of the styles, and there were signs saying you could order them if they didn't. And after him trying on a few pairs and making careful style analysis of each one we found a pair he liked and were on our way! I spent about 10%-15% more than I would ideally spend on a 6 year old's sneakers, but I wasn't willing to go to another store if they had a style he liked. And the brands (Nike, Sketchers, New Balance, Reebok, etc) are of high enough quality that I hope for the money they last until the next pair; which on a growing kid we all know won't be long. I also need to give a special service shout out to the teens that were working there. The young man's name was Antonio (I think), adorable red head, and he was straight out of a sales training manual! He introduced himself, offered his assistance then made himself scarce. He later wandered back to compliment my son on a pair of shoes he was trying on, and chatted a little before once again fading into the background. The young lady who checked us out was lovely as well. All in all, I will likely be back when I'm shoe shopping for casual shoes for the family, or maybe even for a pair of boots for me!
