Susan did a headshot of me that was awesome. 122 or more likes on Facebook so far. I can always count on her keen eye and artistic ability. She is that and more. She takes pictures (and videos for me) and captures moments like a renaissance painter with her brush. I met Susan at a local Irvine craft event where she was showcasing her lovely Eiffel Tower photos. She offered to take my family pictures locally for Christmas cards and they were perfect. She was timely, professional, full of ideas, quick to return the prints (through email) and honored all commitments. We were all very happy. She swaddled him and he was comfortable.. too comfortable that he wouldn't stop crying when she tried to take it off to take pictures with more skin. Great for him, but she wasn't able to get pictures of him without the swaddles which was unfortunate for me. She was friendly with us and super patient with our little one. Truth be told, she was even better at handling him than us haha. You can tell she is a pro at what she does and she took her time, allowing baby to be nursed when he was fussy and not rushing us at all. There were so many good pictures but they are very pricey so we ended up just getting the basic 8 pictures. Our family pictures turned out so good that even though we mainly wanted the pictures of the baby, we ended up picking 3 of the family poses. The other- plain and simply, high caliber of professionalism, authenticity, and warmth that I've had the pleasure to experience after hiring KLK to work their magic for my engagement and wedding photos at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, this past July. Firstly, my fiancé is not a fan of taking any kind of photos (downright hates the mere thought of it), but Paul changed that all for him during our short engagement and wedding photoshoot so that deserves an extra thank you, as I thought that was not possible. The process was super simple. You can make a reservation, but we just walked in without any issues. We did the white background setup for 15 minutes, which was perfect and definitely a must if you're taking photos with little kids. There were a few technical difficulties during our session, but the staff member was incredibly accommodating. He paused the timer and gave us those minutes back so we didn't lose any of our shoot time. The pricing is great too! The package includes 2 people and 3 printed 4x6 photos of your favorite shots. Additional people are only $5 each, but they didn't charge us for our toddler or newborn, which was such a nice surprise. Ms Susan was able to fit us in with short notice for engagement pictures. She was willing to work with us at the scheduled time even though we ended up getting rained on. She was very efficient and got us a bunch of great pictures in a short period of time. She also gave us the pictures within a matter of days.
