Wow. Susan is a magician. I couldn't fit into my bridesmaid dress and was 2 inches short of the zipper closing. It was a boutique multi-layer dress so there wasn't much room to expand the sides. I already spent $350 for the dress so I wanted to keep the cost of alteration as reasonable as possible. I was willing to pay the extra $$$ to get it fixed properly and there way no way I was going to take this beautiful dress to a SWAP MEET. Susan was AMAZING! Lacks attention to detail! Susan has hemmed pants for me and done a great job, but the last visit will be the last. I asked her to remove those peskly Levi's labels on my jeans and paid her for this and when I arrived she had not done the job. Just moved to Fullerton and am so amazed with Susan! This place is such a gem. I brought in a top to be altered from a square to sweetheart neckline and a ruffled skirt to have a slit added and she not only listened and gave me wha I asked for, but also dealt with my indecisiveness! I asked to get a slit to a specific height but when I realized it still wasn't the look I wanted she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, without charging for additional work! I had my lace wedding dress hemmed and a large jeweled belt sewn on to it. it was perfect. the hem job on the lace was very good. I was nervous because the tailor was moving fast as she measured and again, the dress is lace so I was nervous that she was going to mess something up but when I got the dress back it was perfect and the belt was secure with out disturbing any other area of the dress. I went here based on the reviews and Susan does not let you down! I dropped off two pants; one to get hemmed and the other to get hemmed, tapered, and adjusted for the waist. Pants hemming was $5 where as tapering was $12 and waist adjusting was $15. The prices that Susan charged was reasonable and cheaper than if I went to other tailors in the area. The turn out time for the two pants was about two days, which was pretty quick. I will definitely come back to Susan again! read more

I took a dress to get tailored and only because the heels she had me wear with the dress didn't work with my actual heels, I went back to tell her it was too long, my heels weren't even that far from the heels she had.
