Avocado Tower - avocado, spicy tuna and krab salad finished with torched spicy mayo, sriracha, eel sauce, scallions and tempura crunch
    John R.

Is this place inside of Celery City or next to it? I'm not sure and it doesn't matter. It is basically a food truck without wheels, and I'm good with that. Great menu, obviously very focused. I had the Avocado Tower - avocado, spicy tuna and krab salad finished with torched spicy mayo, sriracha, eel sauce, scallions and tempura crunch. I would probably ask them to kill the "krab" part of this dish next time, but that's just me. More people probably bring their beer from Celery City out into the beer garden to enjoy the food (and entertainment) but being there at an off hour I did the opposite and ate at the bar. Either way obviously works. Though getting a pager to wait for my food to appear on the little counter outside was humorous. There was a grand total of no one else waiting while I was out there!

This place... in Gen Z wording - "SHLAPS." I love myself a good Asian food truck. We've been coming to Celery Citrus for about three years now and never gave Sushi & Seoul a go. We came on a Saturday during lunch time and noticed the people were just coming here for the food and not so much to day drink. We ordered a chicken karaage bowl with sushi rice, and Korean bbq wings. Food took about 15 minutes and it came out hot. It was everything we love in Korean food. Spicy, sweet, tangy and huge in portions. Our favorite was the karaage. It was super crunchy and the siracha-mayo sauce on top was perfect. We'll be ordering from here more often!

Stopped by on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. To order your food you have to go to a window on the outside of the brewery they're attached to, which I wasn't expecting but it was cool. I had the volcano roll which was good but the star of the show was the Korean wings. Super crispy and flavorful, definitely a must try.

Great food! This place is located inside Celery City and it's a perfect location if you ask me. You can grab beers and sushi?! It the best. Their food is delicious and so tasty. I love grabbing a roll or their bento box when I go. It's one of my go to places when I'm in the area.

Little Asian spot hidden inside Celery City Kraft Beer Garden serving a mix of Japanese and Korean. I had the Chicken Karaage and the Avocado tower. Let's start with the chicken: the quantity is plentiful and it is served with rice on the bottom and a drizzle of spicy mayo sauce. The chicken was tasty but after a few bites I noticed it was overwhelmingly salty. The avocado tower was amazing! The spicy crab and the freshness of the tuna topped with crunchy bits was perfection. It was really filling. Service is order at the little podium, pay, and get a buzzer that will alert you when your food is ready to go pick up at the window.

I have always wanted to try this place! It is located in the outdoor patio of Celery City. The outdoor seating area is cute all lit up and they had live music tonight. We got the Sushi Nachos with Tuna to go with some drinks we got from Celery City. These hit the spot! I love the eel sauce and I'm surprised at the amount of food we got. These had a great flavor to them and the wonton chips were perfectly crisp. The Tuna is chopped up into a paste which made it easier to scoop. However I would of preferred diced tuna chunks, just a texture preference. I would definitely order from here again! I'd like to try more of their menu items.

This was our first visit to Sanford, and because of Sushi & Seoul, we will definitely be back! We tried several items, and everything was great. The sushi rolls (Volcano & Tuna Squared) were not lacking in ingredients or flavor, the Korean Fried wings were crispy and juicy, and the spicy cucumbers were a great, fresh addition to our meal. Our favorite item of all had to be the Avocado Tower - it is outstanding! We also loved that the restaurant was located inside of a brewery. We grabbed a flight and a pint to enjoy with our meal, and we liked every option that we picked. There were also many cider options in case you don't love craft beer. Even though the Beer Garden was packed, our food came out very timely. We loved the outside seating, and they even had live music! We can't wait for our next visit!

Amazing! Went during an off time so there was no wait. Service was quick and the staff was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and tasted to good; it was definitely worth the price as it was very filling and something different than just a sushi roll. Love the ambiance of celery city and the sushi combination just knocks it out of the park for me. I will be back for sure!

Love it, this excellent little window sushi shop embedded within Celery City Craft. Fun creative menu with a few of the classics like California rolls and the bento box. Was really nice. Fresh, which is so very key with sushi. And everyone was super friendly. You can always tell when people have it in their Seoul. Honestly, I haven't been to Celery City Craft since they were still calling it a brewery back in 2017 after having a terrible experience with a bartender. ... but that was a long time ago and he's probably long gone. Second chances? Time heals all wounds and all that then. Lol I certainly didn't let it hold me against trying the sushi which was excellent!

Bento box - Veggie roll, pork potstickers, veggie potstickers.

I work in the Sanford area and was looking for something lite & quick today, but not fast food. I have seen Sushi & Seoul for a while now, but I don't eat seafood so had not given it a try until today. I ordered the bento box with a veggie roll and from the available side options chose the pork potstickers & veggie potstickers. I ordered for pickup via UberEats and it was ready within probably 10 min! I initially walked into the bar but was told the pickup window was outside. I did request eel sauce in my order and when I picked up, he mentioned it was on the roll. I am a sauce girl so I ended up going back in to ask for a side of eel sauce. I ordered to go but this would also be a nice place to sit outside on a good day for lunch at the picnic tables. Overall I enjoyed the veggie roll and potstickers but preferred the pork over the veggie. I would order the same again.

Pros: Fast service, fresh ingredients, quality meals. I loved the avocado tuna tower, it was delicious. My brother loved the chicken wings with the sauce, he was in heaven. Cons: Limited menu, they didn't have a lot of the items on their website menu. My husband did not like the fried chicken. Will definitely go again when in the area.

If you keep up with my other reviews, you know I have a sushi fetish, so I was excited to check this out. Familiar with the area; I never thought about going here until I found them on Social Media. 7/10 Guest Service: Guest Service wasn't bad; my only issue was when I first walked up, I wasn't greeted. I think it's super important to acknowledge people in the hospitality industry at all times. When I did start to order my food, the cashier was fine and had no issues. She also brought my food out when I could have picked it up, so it wasn't a problem overall. 7/10 Food: Sooooooo, I got the Volcano Roll, the sushi is pretty good, and I like how they added the tempura crunch to add extra texture to the sushi. It's not the best sushi I've had, but it's good over all and the overall presentation looked good aesthetically. For this all to be running out of a bar, it was put together well. My only gripe is that it was overpriced; I don't care about spending money on food. BUT $19 for a roll is a bit much, and there was very little krab. I'm very big on competitor analysis so I do think this was overpriced when I can go to a restaurant and get a roll for the same price with elevated ingredients. As I said, though ...... the sushi is good. 6/10 Cleanliness: Clean area; I sat outside, no trash on the ground, and clean tables. You can tell the staff takes care of the place. The bar could have been a tad cleaner, seemed a little cluttered with merchandise at the front. Overall, I would go here again if I were in the area, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to come because other places that I would go to because they are closer. Also, a good social place to go if you want a bar vibe and sushi.

The absolute best sushi I've ever had. I was skeptical when I saw it was $20 for a roll but that was the most tasty sushi I have ever consumed. Wait wasn't long considering there was an event going on in downtown Sanford. The roll was loaded with toppings and everything tasted so fresh. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your food and a beer. Highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers. Worth every penny!

Not sure what the real name is but we will be going back and will try to re-post the name WOW! ....What a delicious & wonderful surprise! Fresh, and made to order,.... Tacos (chicken, chorizo or steak), Pupusas (cheese stuffed corn tortillas) and Pinchos (seasoned beef on a stick)... We had one of each of the tacos just to try them all and we loved the chicken the best. The green sauce is nice and hot, (jalapenos boiled to make a sauce), as the customers came and left the chef had to refill the squeeze bottle several times! The two ladies, (pictured) ordered the Pupusas and the chef handmade the patties right then and there, hows that for freshness?? The chef spoke very little English...but was it wasn't a challenge in ordering Lots of local customers stood in line to order and then waited while their hot food was prepared, (always a good sign), don't expect fast service, this is Latino slow food at its best and worth the wait. We ordered the chicken tamales to take home for dinner and they did not disappoint. Tamales were filled with chicken. olives, chick peas and yucca or potato. We managed to remember the green sauce and doused our tamale with it..YUM YUM! I found that some people are not comfortable with Food Truck dining...all I have to say is I have found some of my best meals on food trucks...especially on the streets of Mexico and Guatemala! The Coconut Shrimp roll was sweet from the coconut sauce and the coconut added a yummy flavor and texture to the roll, as well. If you like coconut and sweet rolls, you'll love this. The Florida roll was GAS ! I just started getting into spicy food and spicy tuna recently and this was just perfect. The right amount of bite and the spicy tuna on top tasted so good. It seems like they mash it up, which makes it easier to chew than typical raw tuna. A great savory roll and the flavor profile was just right, adding the eel sauce was a nice touch. The Alaska Roll speaks for itself, I mean look at that mountain of crunch I got it both times I went (inadvertently). I think I got it right with the name... I was calling it the volcano roll, but that has mango sauce on it. This one has kani on top and cream cheese inside and probably shrimp tempura. I really loved this roll, like a mountain of flavor every bite. The atmosphere is small with authentic looking Japanese decor and quiet.
