I've been here 2x and both times the food was impeccable. I got the Coconut Shrimp roll, Florida roll, and Alaska roll (2x) across my visits. The Coconut Shrimp roll was sweet from the coconut sauce and the coconut added a yummy flavor and texture to the roll, as well. If you like coconut and sweet rolls, you'll love this. The Florida roll was GAS ! I just started getting into spicy food and spicy tuna recently and this was just perfect. The right amount of bite and the spicy tuna on top tasted so good. It seems like they mash it up, which makes it easier to chew than typical raw tuna. A great savory roll and the flavor profile was just right, adding the eel sauce was a nice touch. The Alaska Roll speaks for itself, I mean look at that mountain of crunch I got it both times I went (inadvertently). I think I got it right with the name... I was calling it the volcano roll, but that has mango sauce on it. This one has kani on top and cream cheese inside and probably shrimp tempura. I really loved this roll, like a mountain of flavor every bite. The atmosphere is small with authentic looking Japanese decor and quiet. A nice spot for a week day dinner (might get crowded on the weekend). Really great food though overall. Ate these rolls as leftovers both times and was good the next day

So, my wife discovered this place when it firt opened as she goes to Pilates right next door. She had lunch there after class and said it was spectacular, even though they had just opened. So, a week or so later, I decided to join her. It's small, but well laid out, booths on one side, then a separate area with tables and the Sushi Bar in the back. We chose the Sushi Bar and were greeted by the 2 chefs. Since they did not have a liquor license yet, I brought 2 cans of Sapporo beer that I bought at Publix, they kindly brought me a glass and put the second one in the fridge for me. We ordered Edamame and several rolls as well as some Sashimi and Nigiri Sushi. Everything was fresh and tasty, you could see the care the chef's took in their preparation. We have been back several times since, and my wife sometimes bring us a care package after her Pilates class! Oh, and they have a liquor license now and a great selection of beer and Saké! Simply amazing for a strip mall Suhsi place!

Came in for a work event and had to give this place a try based on local reviews. Large menu selection of sushi but I went for the cooked entree. Had a bento box for little bit of everything and for the cost was a great value. Small place but was plenty of seating for a week night. They were very busy with take out so I will have to try them again!

KUDOS to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service! They are friendly! I ordered the Salmon Terriyaki Bento Box! It was delicious! The ambiance is quiet ! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business!

Always looking for quaint little sushi places that doesn't have insane prices. Clean, beautiful and service was amazing. The presentation of the sushi was beautiful and the quality was great. Very happy with this place it's a must try if you're in the Lake Mary area.

Ordered for pickup. This was a really cute spot in Lake Mary. The staff was friendly and our food was ready, no waiting. They had a lot of options, something for everyone. I really enjoyed the lobster dragon roll, never had a roll like this before. My friend loved the tuna crispy rice but it was a bit spicy for me. We were not a big fan of the egg fried rice, it was not at all what we were expecting. However it tasted ok. The portions were plentiful.I would definitely try more of their menu but I do feel there are better options in the area.

Just WOW. The blue fin tuna roll and and Miyaji roll were amazing. Thanks to the team who assisted me in delivering this boat to my wife who just delivered our baby!

This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! It's in Lake Mary but if you're in the Orlando area it's definitely worth the drive. They have a great happy hour that I was excited to try. The oysters were phenomenal and so flavorful. We got the Florida roll and the American Dream roll and both were great. The crab Rangoons were also STUFFED! The edamame could've had some extra salt but besides that I'd have no notes on anything. The inside is very nice and aesthetic. So it's great date spot. The service was a tad slow but there only one waitress working.

My husband and I stopped here for date night. This quant restaurant was really convenient and quiet. We were greeted with a smile and sat down immediately. Their menu has a variety of appetizers, sushi, and hibachi meals. The soup was hot and sushi was soooooo fresh! This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. The interior is aesthetically pleasing they use warm woods, gold, and gray colors. The service was lacking. The server was not very attentive and missing things such as filling up water cups, and some dishes were missing from the table. The sushi was OK. The steak and chicken hibachi dinner my boyfriend had was very good. I'm not sure I would go back, based on the lackluster service and Sushi was not anything special.

Food is phenomenal! Unique sushi rolls to round it all out. The decor is simple with whale lights in the ceiling. The service was good. Our server was attentive and our food was served fresh to order in a timely manner. Definitely will come back!

Woke up from my nap with my stomach begging for dinner. Made my way up to Lake Mary because I was planning on eating something else but the want for sushi override that so I walked in here instead. The place was packed but there was a spot at the bar. Started with a Sprite ($3) and two rolls: the volcano ($16) and the American dream ($16). After I had ordered it saw the crabmeat avocado salad which I will need to return to try out. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and my belly left filled and very happy. Know that the parking may take you some time. I made several attempts before finding a decent spot.

We went to this place about 40 minutes before closing. They were so nice and welcoming. We had Godzilla roll, Fire Dragon, Yummy, Blue fin toro truffle, and chili mango roll. My favorite was the blue fin and the sauce that comes with it was soooo dang good, but I would order all of them again. The oysters were soooo yummy! The gyoza could have been seared a little longer for my taste, though the filing was good wish it had a bit more seasoning. They had my favorite sake which is the strawberry nigori. The place was so cute and very nice. I would definitely go back!

Stopped in for dinner with Nancy around 6:45pm before our night out on the town…read more It's was pretty much everything I expected; small family run restaurant, great food, but not over the top fancy. The restaurant wasn't too busy, two small groups other than us. We were promptly greeted and seated at a booth. Our server was most likely one of the owners as she was seated right behind us with her son. I assume the man who seated us was the dad because he kept tabs on the son when Mom was taking care of customers. The chef might have also been a family member as well; regardless, they took great care of us during our visit, but it is something to note. There are a lot of menu options, so I recommend checking it out before arriving otherwise you may need some time to make a decision. Once we placed our order our food was out in less than 10 minutes which was pretty amazing. We started with the seaweed salad ($7), which we thought was a little small for the price; however, it was good, but know that they add thinly sliced cucumber into the salad as a filler. For our main course I chose the crazy roll ($11.45), Nancy chose the Rock N Roll ($9.45), and we also purchased the chicken fried rice to share ($12.45). The chef does a great job with the presentation and the food was delicious. For the most part The restaurant dining area is well organized and clean. When I got up to use the restroom I noticed a heavy sewer odor coming from the area. The men's room looked nice at first but as I looked closer I noticed the tile floor is missing grout and the restroom just needs better housekeeping. My wife said the ladies room was a disaster and there was foam spray around the base of the toilet and it was turning black, yuck! Well that's probably where to smell was coming from. About an hour after dinner I became very gassy which is unusual for me than I had an upset stomach the rest of the evening. Unfortunately this issue progressed further through Sunday and I've been house ridden the remainder of the weekend. I'm thinking something was up with my roll because Nancy didn't have any issues with hers. I hate to blame the restaurant for this issue but with being down to one meal a day I can pretty much weed out my lunch on Friday as the culprit. If I did come back I would probably stick to the hot food just to play it safe, but with so many other options in the area Its hard to say I will be back anytime soon.

Lots of items on the menu. I knew right away I wanted the seaweed salad and a roll. I got the rock and roll roll which was awesome. The seaweed salad was good but there wasn't enough of it for me. Underneath the seaweed salad was a bed of sliced cucumber which was good but I'd rather have more seaweed salad!! Scott got a roll with shrimp and salmon. And we got the chicken fried rice which was awesome. All the food was good going down... but then later on that evening Scott began to feel sick. Something that he ate at this restaurant that had bacteria in it. . I mean We are eating raw fish.. As we went back to the bathrooms to wash our hands we smelled the overwhelming odor of sewage they had some old signs that set out of order on the wall so I'm guessing they had a problem.
