Rollin Dough at the Celebration Food Truck night
    Brian O.

With a wood-burning pizza oven tucked in the back (at least it looked like it was wood-burning), Rollin Dough dished out a quick Margherita pizza that had the perfect amounts of sauce, cheese and basil. I probably would have given it four stars if this was in a restaurant but it's tough to churn out a good pie from a truck in timely fashion. It was $10 while the other pizzas with some toppings cost a little more. We went for just one garlic knot slider for $5 and wish we would have ordered 40 of them. The chicken parm was insanely tasty, and was big enough for two of us to split as an appetizer. If you order two of them it is $9. We can't wait to try more if they come back to the Celebration Food Truck night.

Garlic knots: chicken parm, Buffalo, Italian sausage. Caprese salad. All legit

Holy and sh!t. Garlic knot sandwiches. From Italian sausage, chicken parmigiana, Buffalo Chicken. They have pizza and just actual garlic knots. Plus salads. We got 3 garlic knot sandwiches: chicken parm, Buffalo and Italian sausage. Honestly. I cannot say which I liked more bc they were all different yet delicious. Easily can say the garlic knots itself are amazing. We also got the caprese. Very very good. I can't believe this is a food truck. If you have a chance and can try their food. Go ahead and skip health. And enjoy life. Tomorrow eat healthy. Well down food truck. Well done

We were running some errands in Sanford yesterday and stumbled on this Little Yellow Latino food…read moretruck... Not sure what the real name is but we will be going back and will try to re-post the name WOW! ....What a delicious & wonderful surprise! Fresh, and made to order,.... Tacos (chicken, chorizo or steak), Pupusas (cheese stuffed corn tortillas) and Pinchos (seasoned beef on a stick)... We had one of each of the tacos just to try them all and we loved the chicken the best. The green sauce is nice and hot, (jalapenos boiled to make a sauce), as the customers came and left the chef had to refill the squeeze bottle several times! The two ladies, (pictured) ordered the Pupusas and the chef handmade the patties right then and there, hows that for freshness?? The chef spoke very little English...but was it wasn't a challenge in ordering Lots of local customers stood in line to order and then waited while their hot food was prepared, (always a good sign), don't expect fast service, this is Latino slow food at its best and worth the wait. We ordered the chicken tamales to take home for dinner and they did not disappoint. Tamales were filled with chicken. olives, chick peas and yucca or potato. We managed to remember the green sauce and doused our tamale with it..YUM YUM! I found that some people are not comfortable with Food Truck dining...all I have to say is I have found some of my best meals on food trucks...especially on the streets of Mexico and Guatemala! We are posting pictures of the truck, menu (six items), phone number and some of the offerings. Highly Reccomended*****Five Stars ***** We will be going back soon!

It was the perfect day to feel the Sun on your face and try local favorites. The event is well organized with trucks posted in advance. You can also purchase your food Passport in advance online so you don't have to risk them selling out. Parking is free and all within walking distance of the event. They also make sure to block all a road entrances so it feels very safe. I stopped at The Tea Lizard, Cafe Rouge, Chonky's Kitchen, Steak Shack, Beezer Eats, Parlor Kitchen! Pro tip: 1. Look for a small tent/bar outside the main West End bar location. This is where you pick up your passport and tickets. It took me a minute to find it but the staff inside the main bar directed me 2. Arrive between 1pm-3pm to have plenty of time to scope out the scene and try as much as possible. You don't want to be in a time crunch with over 40 trucks to try.

One of my favorites Parlor Kitchen was there so I had to try out their street corn along with a churro from churros & cream! Each food cart that we went up to had team members that were so nice and ready to give all the information on their business and offerings. This was such a great environment for locals and people from out of town to enjoy, I'll be sure to be at future events!

I thought it was overpowering (like usual), but then I gave it another shot and every bite after that was absolutely phenomenal. I was addicted. Ordered the Chicken Sandwich too. Also really really good. Puts the Popeyes chicken sandwich to shame. Juicy buttermilk chicken, perfectly crispy outside, and tasty homemade sauce that was oozing down the entire thing. I was so happy with this. What I ordered was a big hit, but unfortunately the food my friends ordered was a bit underwhelming. Not bad by any stretch. The lamb burger was interesting and I actually appreciated their creativity, it just wasn't our cup of tea. I definitely encourage you to try it though. The Philly cheesesteak was ok as well. Definitely a solid dish but it didn't quite blow us away. This truck is without a doubt worth a try. The truffle fries are an extra 2 bucks but you won't regret it.
