The Sushi here os very good, the regular rolls are small but still good, but Thier specialty rolls are large and very exotic looking and delisious, some of my favs are the the brie roll and the green dragon roll, and thier seaweed salad is AWESOME, the place has a nice soft relaxing setting and the service is excellent, especially Myia, on the phone, I would recommend it hightly! read more

I can't even count how many times we've eaten here since moving to the Treasure Coast! This is a small sushi place... about 4 tables and no bar seating. The same man is behind the sushi bar every time we come in, and we always have the same waitress... a fabulous young woman named Natalie! She knows us well, and knows our drinks and all of our ordering quirks! The sushi chef is great at his craft, but he doesn't seem like a "people person". Just a hello and a goodbye! We absolutely LOVE the tuna tacos. With 3 to an order, we usually get two orders so that my husband and I can continue living happily ever after- I ain't sharin'! Another appetizer we absolutely love is the Ahi Poke with Tuna... a great flavor with not a lot of sauce. It's fresh and tasty and is reminiscent of the delicious poke flavors I've tried in Hawaii! For rolls, we almost always get the Calle Ocho- soy paper (our favorite way to enjoy most rolls) holds together shrimp tempura, cream cheese, plantains, avocado, cuke, and asparagus. Topped with a drizzle of eel sauce... this roll is a delicious delight! I highly recommend trying this although it's no where near authentic. We also love the veggie roll which has yamagobo, which isn't easy to find on any sushi menu. It's a Japanese pickled carrot and it adds a nice funk and crunch to the usual veggie suspects. We like their lobster roll as well, and you can order a half order or full order. We usually go for the full, but plan accordingly because it's a big roll! While eating, we enjoy cold sake and the occasional Sapporo beer. We will continue to frequent this place and look forward to many (many!) more tuna tacos! read more

So here's the issue that I can't give 5 star on this and understand why everyone gives 4. We came here hungry as can be at 830 at night. There were 3 of us as my cousin was starving and between him and I we could eat a school of fish. We drove up and the first thing we noticed is we missed the restaurant. The sign was the only sign that wasn't working. When you walk in, the place is not modern but more of a lower class restaurant, which by the way there is nothing wrong with that. I'm not paying nor do I care about ambiance. We ordered the vegetable tempura, miso soup for appetizer. The tempura was nothing special to be honest. Idk how much it cost I believe 6-7 dollars for 5 pieces of vegetables. We could have done without. The soup they said was good but not great. We got our main dish. 7 rolls of sushi. 2 Spicy tuna, some kind of red something which was good , something covered by shrimp, and forget the others. Overall, everything was tuna and whatever. My cousins girl also ordered 1 piece of toro tuna for 4 dollars. Everything was good. Don't get me wrong, but nothing wowed me. We also had some kind of hot spicy peanut sushi. Friendly, clean, and prompt service. We shared a few apps which we all enjoyed. Yellowtail Jalapeno, Salmon Belly Miso, Roasted Shishito Peppers, and Panko Scallops were all delicious. Each of us also ordered various sushi and sushi rolls which we were all pleased with. The fish was so soft and fresh it melted in your mouth. The rolls were a good proportion of rice to fish. I don't like it when the rolls have too much rice. Overall, excellent meal and we would happily return. read more

The food is excellent. I have eaten here many times. However, I have now been refused service twice. Be aware the door signage says they close at 9:30pm. The first time, I arrived at 8:00pm. While it was busy, there were two tables available (uncleaned), and the server/hostess said she was unable to seat us because she didn't have time to clean a table. We left. Tonight, I arrived at 8:40pm and asked for a table for 1. She checked her watch and said the could only do takeout. Irate, I left. Won't be coming back. read more

Food, service, and ambiance were 10/10. I went on a Tuesday so it definitely wasn't as busy, but the server was very polite and attentive. Food was great (sushimi was outstanding) and I thought the prices were a steal. Their house made strawberry saki was incredible. The only complaint I have is they didn't have gluten free soy sauce. read more

Popped into this place on a whim. Very simple looking place. Even wondered if we should go in. Very nice couple running it. We arrived right at 11:30 and said we had to leave in 20 minutes. They took our order and in less than 10 minutes we had our food. Food was excellent. Salmon was Better than the tuna sushimi but my husbands tuna was excellent. For the love of sushi - you have to try Sushi Goma. I was raised in Port St. Lucie and remember my first sushi experience, paid for with babysitting money, in St. Lucie West. I was forever in love. Couldn't get enough of the miso soup, ginger dressing, and flavorful rolls. Fast forward 16 years later to 2014 - I went away to college, have lived in several cities and have traveled the world. Never thought in my life that one of the best sushi places would be in...wait for it...PSL! One thing I've come to understand about sushi restaurants is that most of them have sprung up by entrepreneurial Chinese business people in response to the average American appetite. Chinese take-out is going the way of the dinosaur with newer cuisines like Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and Japanese popping up. So what does a savvy Chinese take-out restaurant owner do...why not open a sushi restaurant! Anyways, my point is that while there are many great Chinese sushi restaurants, it's very rare to find an actual authentic Japanese sushi restaurant. Sushi Goma is just that - fresh, authentic sushi carefully prepared by a Japanese chef. My unassuming brother went in there after he had been stationed in Japan for 2 years with the Marine Corps. Without thinking, he said "konnichiwa" to which they replied in Japanese. They carried on a small conversation in Japanese. He then tasted the sushi and agreed with me that it was just like being in Japan. All I'm saying is that I'm very suspicious of some of the less than good reviews on here, especially the ones without pictures, as there is a lot of competition in the area. You should try Sushi Goma out and make your own judgment. I look forward to coming home now because of this place. What can I say...it really brings the family together! read more

I'm a sushi addict and order at least once per week and always get on a first name basis with my local sushi place. We just moved to the area and I've been trying new places. Out of the three I tried this place is my pick! It's got great options on its menu with some unique rolls and the fish is fresh! They prepared my order within 15 minutes and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The staff was super friendly and the prices were reasonable. The sumo roll and the monkey roll were delicious. My only criticism is that they don't offer brown rice for their rolls and I prefer to order cooked rolls for our baby with brown rice. But I'll be back for sure! read more

I have ordered quite a few times, and I have only had one item I didn't care for the beef on rice bowl; no fault of the restaurant, just too sweet for me. Today I ordered the lunch pick 3 bento: 1/2 Futomaki roll, tuna, tataki, chirashi, soup, and salad. I also wanted to try some of their a la'carte sushi: tamago, ikira, masago, hokkien gai, and uni. Enough for 2. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I will be back many more times. Love this place. read more

To begin, all the cups they serve with are plastic and taste/smell like fish from storage and overuse. Not good. The food was awful. Period. Awful. We ordered a range of everything from the bento box to an array of appetizers. All awful. The tempura was deep fried food...that's it.
