The spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll tasted a bit stale. Both had the "crunchy" pieces mixed in. The crunchy pieces itself weren't crunchy and it is was seemed to bring down both the taste and overall texture. I think the rolls would have been much better without it. There was no dine-in customer at the time. I waited until 540pm and said I'll come back in a few minutes. I came back eventually at 600pm and one of my two bowls were being made. I finally got my 2 bowls at 605pm, that's a 50 minute wait time from the time of submitting the order online. Perhaps it's me wanting everything fast pace, but I don't think 50 minutes is acceptable for take out. Normally, take out takes about 15 to 20 minutes for cooked items! This was a pokebowl where all the ingredients were cold (except the rice). Would I return? Perhaps one day, but if I do, I will know to order 50 minutes in advance.

We got our menus almost immediately after being seated, but it took maybe 20 minutes to place our food orders. I got the Philadelphia roll and sashimi with tuna and salmon. The Philadelphia roll was actually very big and filling. Quite good. The sashimi was also good - it was just the fish and not the rice (nigiri), which I wish they noted on the menu. One of the employees kids were running around in the restaurant, but it was a Saturday night and I imagine they needed to watch the kids, so I was not upset. Once we were done waiting, we checked out at the front. They had bowl of Halloween candy, as the holiday had just passed, which was nice. Nigiri sushi comes with at least twice the ratio of rice-to-fish vs. what I've seen anywhere else. I suspect this controls the cost of AYCE for them (filling us up with rice), but it adversely impacts the flavor. 3) Sushi served without wasabi/ginger, but we asked and were given. Tempura served without dipping broth. This was odd. But the food, including fish, was fresh. The sushi rolls were very nice. Hibachi/teppanyaki steak was tender and delicious.
