The Salmon Hibachi is insanely delicious! Nice and thin, well cooked with terrific texture and flavor!

Was in the mood for some good Sushi, so we headed to Jasmine. It's a nice comfortable place with friendly staff and a nice variety of Asian cuisine. Hibachi, Sushi, Thai and more. I ordered the Beef Negimaki app, which was thinly sliced beef with scallions, broiled in teriyaki sauce. It was delicious. Then for my entree I got the 2012 specialty Roll. Crunchy spicy tuna with avocado topped with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, tobiko and scallop. It was scrumptious. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Been here 3x, last night my boyfriend took me .for an early birthday dinner. I ate til I felt like I would explode. Food is fresh and tasty. The special app is by far my favorite dish I have had so far. The lump crabmeat is sweet and fresh as well as the mango and avocado the yuzu sauce gave it that hint of citrus sweetness that just made me want to lick the bowl clean! There were 3 colors of fish roe, not sure which one but there was a nice smokey flavor to one of them. The sushi was also fresh, no fishy smell or taste. The filet although my boyfriend ordered it med well was tender and juicy and the flavor was so good! He cleaned off his plate veggies and all. The strawberry crepe cake has a light strawberry flavor, it's not overly sweet and pretty light. I went here with some family friends for a NYE hibachi dinner and overall the experience was good. Food was tasty and the portions were pretty decent. I didn't have the overwhelming amount of food that hibachi normally brings. While our service was pretty okay, I actually had FOMO looking at the other chefs. They were putting on a much greater show than our hibachi chef. Not the end all, but I think my experience would have been better with a different chef. read more

One of my favorite sushi places in the Lehigh valley. Their California roll is one of the best I've had. My other go to is a sweet potato roll and i feel like it's too mushy sometimes if that makes sense. My boyfriend always gets the spicy crab rolls and he thinks they're some of the best. Service is typically quick. Jasmines is a little on the smaller side in size so on weekends it can be harder to get a seat unless you have reservations. Their hibachi is also very good and affordable. Because it's smaller it can get noisy. Def recommend. read more

Went for take out. Place was packed. Placed order & was told 10 - 15 minutes. Turns out it took 30. Beef Negimaki was a disappointment. Overpriced with a thin sliver of beef. 99% scallions and lettuce. The sauce was ok, but when this place opened the Negimaki was so much better, with much more meat. Got sushi for the meal. They put everyone's sushi in the same container. Not convenient and really not very good. Giants much cheaper grocery sushi is on par. Will take a nice long break from Jasmine Restaurant and leave it to the people that actually like their mediocre food. read more

Service. 10/10. Sushi tasted funny. We got the volcano roll and the 2012. My chicken pad Thai wasn't edible to me or my girlfriend, it also smelled like it was burnt. I asked them to take it back and I was still charged for it, so I'm leaving my review since no attempt to change the customer satisfaction was made from the manager. Never coming back. I've been going to Jasmine for at least 5 years and the sushi/sashimi just gets better and better. We always order the Love Boat for 2 and it's consistently great. Miso soup and ginger salad and tea is good. Recently we've tried some of the appetizers such as the Christmas Balls and Spicy Tuna and both were delicious. We are always greeted pleasantly, seated immediately, and checked on regularly. The staff is great. The ambiance and music on the sound system gives a great vibe and even though it's casual, it always feels special. It's our favorite place to go! read more

Best Hibachi spot I have been to in a while! We had reservations so got seated right away. The prices were awesome for hibachi. I got the scallops and filet with was cooked perfectly and with a large amount of rice and veggies. BYOB here so definitely bring your own drinks. The server was quick and friendly and all of our orders got taken right away. We ordered sushi rolls as an appetizer but didn't get them until after the hibachi unfortunately. The sweetheart roll was delicious and arranged very nicely on the plate. Overall a great spot to eat and I would definitely come back! read more

terrible service!! I ate at the restaurant multiple times. I never had an issue until now. I went for the first time in a long time and got very ill from their food vomiting and nausea. I called to see if I can get refunded for just my meal and they told me no I spent $80 at their restaurant and was asking for $25 that I paid for just my meal and they told me no and that I have to make a police report.
