What we figured out is that the server forgot to put our order in. We waited another 45 minutes for food. I asked to have a substantial discount on the bill considering it took over 1.5 hours for us to get our food. And I had ordered a simple salad and nothing else. We noticed other waiters glancing at our table. I mean, you would think somebody would notice us sitting there in the main traffic area. Just never being served until I asked what was going on. In the end, we got a 50% discount. But it was such a disheartening experience and felt so unwelcoming that I don't think we'll be back.
