I've given this place three chances and the third chance just really pissed me off…read more I ordered a curry rice bowl with karaage. The karaage was spongy and mushy, not crispy like properly fried chicken is supposed to be. But the rice? That was the fkn worst part of it. They served me old rice that was dry, hard, and mostly in one clump. Like you guys couldn't serve me fresh rice? Do you guys even make fresh rice? I would be hesitant to serve this food to a prisoner, but you MFs charged me money for this $hit? F*ck this place!

You enter right where you order, so usually you have to go around people in tight quarters. I'd recommend ordering online because there isn't a ton of waiting space for to-go orders. They have a mixed menu of American and asian, so they have something for everyone. I tried the curry udon noodle soup with fried chicken and the Philly roll. The soup was alright! Very strong curry with a slight kick but nothing spicy. I'm not the biggest fan of udon noodles because of the texture but it fit well with the broth. You get a huge portion size as well. The Philly roll was nothing special and the salmon was warm (I like it chilled). Prices are cheap and who doesn't love that! I love their menu and want to come back and try some other things!

I just got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen this time and I can say it's the best ramen I've hard in the Twin Cities so far. Delicious, deep, flavorful broth. Great noodles and pork. I would have preferred no sesame seeds but there's nothing to critique on this ramen. Quick service, not crowded. I tried the ice cream machine for a cup on the way out. Not that great, and a little more eggy/custardy, but what can you expect from a vending machine. The mix-ins were fun. Will definitely be coming back.

They have no sea-food option either, and they only have one chicken ramen. Chicken wasn't properly grilled and it felt like I am eating raw chicken. The ramen noodles were also interesting in that they don't look like any of ramen noodles I had before. Broth is just pure MSG so I didn't even bother finishing the broth. Udon strips-fried was surprisingly very good. It was a bit oily but chicken in there was tasty. Good amount of bean sprouts and cabbages. They seem to have multiple options for udon stir-fried, so if you want a traditional ramen or even udon with broth, this is not the place for you.

The lobby was sizable and inviting with a claw machine we couldnt resist trying while we waiting for a table to free up (It's 2 token per play, $1 a token - the claw is loose on the sensitivity so use some strategy). Once seated, perusing the lunch menu (after ordering the special electric lemonaid) the base selection was typical of other spots but the specialty hot stone Waygu and oysters for 4 (8x oysters, and 2x orders of 4 pieces of Waygu) was a big hit, alongside of the crispy wings, the tasty gyoza, the very garlic house salad, and the delightful crab puff pls Edamame to start. From the Lo Mein for the misses, to the BBQ Eel Fried Rice for my and my oldest, to the specialty YumYum Roll and Spicy Girl Roll, to my youngest's favorite Rainbow Roll and Eel Avocado Roll there was plenty to come back - along some of the other Regular Rolls. And I couldnt leave without my favorite red bean and green tea ice creams! Certainly a favorite at $20 for lunch from the family - can't wait to return!

As someone who doesn't eat fish I love a veggie roll, and adding cream cheese is a great option. When ordering the avocado roll it's $1 to add cream cheese, so I would order a Philly no salmon. This was totally fine until one day I'm told I need to start paying $1 to remove the salmon, seems like a crazy thing considering I'm saving them money to NOT include the fish, arguably the most expensive item in the roll. I wouldn't care as much if there was any consistency with when I'm charged and when I'm not. Overall, communication and service could be better. Typically it's pretty slow during lunch M-Th, but when I went on a Friday it was busier, still a great option for lunch if you have an hour.

I thought for what you get it's a total steal but it is a bit more than i'd spend everyday for lunch. As a once a week type deal though it's perfect. Staff were really nice, and food came out quickly. They were helpful as it was our first time there. Great vibe inside as well. I thought it'd be a fun place to get a beer. They have a few tap beers including a rice lager. We got Yaki-Shabu beef (spicy jalapeno miso), toro beef (sweet soy tare & miso) and spicy pork. It was all well marinated and overall excellent. One thing I will say is that the spicy food definitely has a kick. I enjoy spice myself and still was feeling it a bit more than usual. The sauce accompaniments were tasty as well. Overall will be back soon to try more stuff. Thank you for a great time!

I got the curry (I forgot the exact name, something like manamma) at level 3 spice, which ended up being a bit too spicy for me, but the flavor itself was really rich and well done. Just be prepared to get a HUGE bowl that will feed you for at least 3 more days. The sushi was fair, nicely presented, just not the absolute best I've had. Still definitely worth ordering. They also have a great happy hour menu, which makes it easy to try a few different things. Service was smooth and food came out fairly fast. Wait time wasn't bad, even during a busier time. The space is clean and comfortable, good for both casual dinners and small group outings we had a party of 6. Portions are solid and everything felt consistent quality-wise. Overall, it's a reliable spot with a lot of variety. I'd go back to try more of the menu, just would probably adjust the spice level next time.
