I was really disappointed with the sushi I ordered from Mariscos guamuchil. It looked like it had been sitting around for a long time. The avocado was black and clearly not fresh. It was supposed to come with shrimp on top(camarones Roca) but there were only about two small shrimp on the entire roll. The taste was even worse--it tasted old and not fresh at all. I had a horrible experience today at this restaurant. I sat at the table I was assigned to, 15-20 minutes go by none of the waiters greet or acknowledge my daughter and I. I had to wave at a servicer & ask for a menu. Two tables of bigger group got there after I had been waiting & as soon as they sat they were greeted and their order was taken right away. I had to waive down a server to ask for menus, yet these other parties not only were greeted but served drinks. We ordered drinks and 3 simple items right away to save time. My marlin taco came out first. My wife's aguachile Rojo came out 15 minutes after. 15 minutes after that out chili rellenos came out. They never brought out my wife's shrimp taco. It is a rice roll filled with cream cheese, imitation crab, avocado, topped with assorted fish and layer of baked imitation crab.
