I've been coming here for years. The food is amazing my staple are the fish tacos. Even the caldo 7 mares is really good. You can never go wrong. Family owned the owner is super nice and very welcoming.

    Flavours from Mexico.

Mariscoco's Culiacan is one of those places that go back to the flavors of Mexico. I visit the place accompanied by a great friend who lives in the area and let me tell you... is awesome!. Their products are really fresh, even fresher than in Mexico. They have a wide variety of dishes. 100% recommended to visit them if you are in Coachella.

Combination plate of beef and shrimp

Was very disappointed in the quality of the food. This restaurant is known for its sea food and the shrimp cocktail was tasteless and made with frozen limp shrimp and over priced at $17. The "Surf and Turf" combination plate was also awful. For $17 I expected better food and the portions were very small. I wouldn't buy the ceviche either.

    a table full of food

My encanto toda mi experiencia comiendo aquí. La comida estaba rica y fresca. Si lo recomiendo.

I threw everything away of how disgusting it was and old.

Horrible!!! If I could give it a zero I would, ZERO stars. I never write reviews but the fact that the manager/owner was so rude he made me do this. I ordered a charola botana, aguachiles, and 3 asada tacos. The shrimp on the aguachiles tasted like old food that was sitting on the fridge for days and had absolutely no flavor!!... the Charola had almeja and it was old canned almeja and smelled, and the tacos were horrible and tasted stale and old. When I called them to bring it to their attention, the manager got mad when I told him the shrimp was and tasted like fridge,he replied with a "what does the fridge taste like?" trying to act smart so I described it to him and he kept on being rude. I told him I was going to take the food back so he could have a taste but I figured not to do so since I knew he was going to deny it so I preferred not to waste my time and energy arguing with someone like that. I threw all the food away I poured the aguachiles inside of the charola so they a get a better flavor. Places like this shouldn't even be open! Threw away 100$ worth of food

    Disgusting

First time here, the service was alright. The server wasn't too friendly. I ordered the green aguachiles which are about $20 and this is what I got. The shrimp isn't even cleaned and this is literally how it was served. I hadn't even touched the plate to take a picture. It looks like they gave me the left over of an avocado and it just didn't look appetizing. Very lazy. I asked if I could return them and order something else but they said no that I had to pay for them and that they only clean the shrimp if they have time. I did give them a chance but they were not good. The sauce was too lemony. NEVER GOING BACK. Very disappointed because in the pictures the food looks delicious but nope!!! Even spoke with the "owner" Horrible service. Very unprofessional

My husband and I went to the doctors and we yelped this restaurant because it was close to dinner time and we were hungry. This place was not a disappointment. The food was excellent. I would off given it five stars but the only thing was I wish the server could speak English. She didn't come and checked on us because I think she did not feel comfortable trying to talk to my husband and me. But other then that small hiccup the food was excellent. We will be back.

    This was amazing, seafood heaven

This places was amazing!!! Seafood was delicious and service was on point! Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Place was clean and had a very comfortable feeling. Seafood was fresh and delicious... I know I said delicious twice but that is how good it was. Got the torre Roka and it was tower of seafood heaven.

From the moment we sat down, Liliana, our waitress, went above and beyond. Her energy was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, making us feel like valued guests instead of just another table. We ordered drinks and appetizers, and everything came out promptly. Liliana checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and kept the service flowing seamlessly all night. You can tell she truly cares about her customers' experience -- she anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was perfect. The highlight of the night was the viral sushi cake -- which was not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious. It made the evening feel special and memorable. (Pro tip: if you want the viral sushi cake, you MUST order it at least 2 days prior to your reservation!) Liliana enhanced our experience by a landslide. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail took our dinner from good to exceptional. It's rare to receive this level of customer service, and it truly made our first visit unforgettable. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. This location is part of a strip mall with plenty of parking out in the lot. There's a pretty massive patio and outside bar area with seating which wasn't utilize as it was majorly hot outside. They did have mister to believe. We of course sat inside. When we walked in, there was no one dining as the only other patron had just finished and walked out. That in-between lunch time. It was one of those things, do we stay or do we leave.... The waitress that was working that afternoon, Michelle was the sweetest. So welcoming and friendly which is alway a good sign. As it was our first time here, she gave us a thoughtful breakdown of everything. Good customer service if I do say so. Menu, if you want seafood, this is your place. They had specials that go on all day with a good list of about 8 or so items to choose from. Lunch specials were also offered and then you have the main menu. Alcohol was also on the list. There's also a big menu along the board if you were waiting in line to order. Everything is done at the counter and food will be brought out to you when ready. They also have a soda station for your helping and the condiments are set aside there too. Menu did have a good selections of items. But limited on their pastas, which probably a given as it's a seafood place. They only had linguine and clams. We went with an order of the 3 fish and chips from the all day menu. That came with thick cut seasoned fries which were delicious and Cole slaws. The all day specials come with two sides I believe. Also an order of the ceviche which was from the starter menu. Fish was quite tasty and lightly battered which was great. Tasty and flakey which the battered was great. Not overly covered where it basically defeated the purpose but this place was nice. Also tater sauce was also accompanied. The ceviche was decent and came with tortilla chips. Nice decent size cup with avocado chunks on top but it wasn't that juicy. Wasn't that much juice, maybe it was just scooped and drained when served. It was decent. Also an extra side of the fries which were great. Thick cut and seasoned. The service was great and our waitress Michelle working that afternoon was a major doll. The sweetest and friendliest and so welcoming. The restaurant is full service minus the ordering. You order at the counter but your food will be brought to your table. It did pick up during our meal but we also noticed that it was a major go to for takeout. Everything was fresh and didn't take long to come out. There's also the downtown location that we need to try out next.

We picked a corner window table and were served immediately with cold water and the complimentary chips and salsas. The chips are fresh and dusted with a paprika/salt powder. The salsas are outstanding. One a bit spicier than the other but nearly impossible to choose a favorite. We ordered the chicken and steak fajita combination with black beans and rice with corn tortillas. The fajita arrives on a sizzling cast iron skillet with generous amounts of grilled onions and carmelized red peppers. We rounded our order out with their house guacamole. The guacamole, itself, could have used a bit more salt but the perfectly salted chips helped solve that. The margaritas are dangerously good. And the mix they use tastes fresh and house made.
