They couldn't get anything right. When I asked to keep the original lenses in case I couldn't get used to bifocals the tech wouldn't let me. I had had it by then with this new service. I told her you just lost my business then. My family has been a customer for over 30 years. She just shrugged and didn't care. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame.
