I was walking my dogs one day and walked by this place and fell in love. The vibes, immaculate, the people, wonderful, the plants? SO HEALTHY. Every plant I buy here is so so so healthy and never has issues. The employees always answer my questions so nicely and they are so personable. The lady was so rude and told me if I wanted something cheap I should go to Safeway which I don't have a car to go to. I was attempting to buy local and was willing to buy $25 worth of flowers to litter the house. She made me feel so unwelcome and told me 'I don't know how to help you'. I started with telling her about my Grandma being sick, I can't believe someone would be so rude after that. I feel a hundred times worse than I did before and it made this hard time so much more painful. I don't know how this place will stay open if they treat their customers like this. Horrible service!!!
