I was told that they would send at least two people. One person was sent. Rose was extremely rude on the phone each time I talk to her. I can honestly say that there was not one clean thing in my entire house after 3 1/2 hours of her being there. I have no idea what she did in that time but the blinds are still dirty the ceiling fans have not been touched the kitchen cupboards still have debris inside and were not cleaned outside. bathrooms were not even touched the floors are still filthy. She did not vacuum. She did not mop. She wanted $400 for one person for 3 1/2 hours. I searched and could not find one clean thing in the whole house.

The rep sent me the packages but on my iPhone 14 the type was under 4pts, so I could not read the tiny typed on my cell phone. I went to their website, but apparently the packages are all different. It would go a long way if they would pick up the phone and talk to you, vs texting. It would eliminate a lot of confusion about their packages. B/C there was confusion, I did not understand what was included. The rep was very kind and gave me a discount. But I recommend they make their website mobile friendly, so customers can read the packages via text. Otherwise, as I said, other than the confusion about what I was getting cleaned, they did a good job.
