The rep sent me the packages but on my iPhone 14 the type was under 4pts, so I could not read the tiny typed on my cell phone. I went to their website, but apparently the packages are all different. It would go a long way if they would pick up the phone and talk to you, vs texting. It would eliminate a lot of confusion about their packages. B/C there was confusion, I did not understand what was included. The rep was very kind and gave me a discount. But I recommend they make their website mobile friendly, so customers can read the packages via text. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is).
