I initially hired them because they told me they would get rid of the rats in our home. They said…read morethey would take everything out of our attic and sterilize everything. They did not do that. Nothing but the old insulation was removed and nothing was sterilized. They only did one attic space initially even though we have 3. It looks months and pur stuff was still never sterilized or removed. We called them back recently to place more traps and seal any additional holes. They placed traps and left. They didnt even bother to look for other places to seal. Now they call me up to 6 times a day asking for money. They won't cancel my service. They won't send anyone out to check for holes. They claim the system cancels appointments if I'm not paid up, but why would I continue giving money to people who keep screwing me over?? Do not recommend.

Their regular products are pet safe, and when he applied the mosquito treatment he remember I had a dog and warned me not to let him out for at least an hour after that treatment. Had a semi emergency issue with some bees that decided the foundation of my house was a fine place…read moreto set up. I called/messaged several other local pest control companies and no one else bothered to call me back let alone come out to look. In the few days it took for me to call around the bees went from a few to a lot and the hole they were flying into almost tripled in size too. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. Happy to say I did NOT have to call him back. He was extremely knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Will definitely be keeping his number handy for any other issues that may arrise around the house.

I've had rose come to my one bedroom apt complex 3 times it's been treated. He doesn't even listen to me where I seen them. Said they might be mites and doing a treatment outside would help but wouldn't get rid of them.I want them gone! My two bedroom at Westport Village never had them. It's been almost a year I've been dealing with the bed bugs in my one bedroom. Like why would I make up I have bed bugs!? I don't self treat or anything. I just want them gone! I'm scared if I move they'll come with. I really can't find where they are. I find them by window seals and sliding door. Also, the apt above me had them before me and I was never informed. Poor manager at Westport. Maybe a different service needs done like heat treatment? Cus this dusting maybe helped a little first time but after that it didn't. The manager said they don't do heat treatment cus they aren't liable for my belongings.
