In the few days it took for me to call around the bees went from a few to a lot and the hole they were flying into almost tripled in size too. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. Happy to say I did NOT have to call him back. He was extremely knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Will definitely be keeping his number handy for any other issues that may arrise around the house.

Nothing but the old insulation was removed and nothing was sterilized. They only did one attic space initially even though we have 3. It looks months and pur stuff was still never sterilized or removed. We called them back recently to place more traps and seal any additional holes. They placed traps and left. They didnt even bother to look for other places to seal. Now they call me up to 6 times a day asking for money. They won't cancel my service. They won't send anyone out to check for holes. They claim the system cancels appointments if I'm not paid up, but why would I continue giving money to people who keep screwing me over?? Do not recommend.

I hired Fox Pest about a year ago when I had a carpenter bee infestation. They had a guarantee that if the first treatment didn't get rid of them, they'd come again for free. After a few days I still saw some carpenter bees hanging out, so they came a second time -- problem solved! I ended up buying the annual (quarterly installment) treatment to help make sure they wouldn't come back (it also helps with spiders). I got it partially because my first experience went so well, but honestly, it's because these guys are so dang FRIENDLY to work with! I've seen some negative reviews on here, but honestly every interaction I've ever had with anyone from Fox has been nothing less than delightful. I actually look forward to their call about my quarterly service because I know they're so cheerful to talk with on the phone. (Again, either I'm getting old or getting weird!) They couldn't even get rid of all of the webs all around my house. I called to have another visit for someone to get rid of the webs which were everywhere. He never called, just showed up and claimed his phone wasn't working. He left after just a few minutes and I still had webs everywhere. They somehow thought I had called about spiders so I asked him to go in my shed which has webs on everything. He told me he couldn't find any (did you even open the door??) and said he got the webs on the outside. Again, I went out side and saw all of the webs he had left behind. I spent about an hour outside yesterday clearing off all of the webs all over my house in the heat. I have heart conditions and high blood pressure and that is why I need help! I don't needless mindless people that could care less about the job they are doing.
