I called/messaged several other local pest control companies and no one else bothered to call me back let alone come out to look. In the few days it took for me to call around the bees went from a few to a lot and the hole they were flying into almost tripled in size too. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. Happy to say I did NOT have to call him back. He was extremely knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. After he made an examination, he informed me that my problem was neither termites nor carpenter ants. My problem was carpenter bees. To be candid, I had never heard of carpenter bees. The best part was...I didn't really have a problem. He informed me that the bees had attempted to nest in my woodwork, found the wood not to their liking, and moved on to "greener pastures."
