I've been going here since 4 months ago (I used to go to Sameera accross the street from CSUF). The line in Sameera is almost always bad everytime I go there no matter what day and what time it is. So I yelp where is the other closest threadings place and I found Sutra. I've had Pam did my eyebrows for about three times and she did good! Her service is so fast and she gives good massage for my eyebrows with lotion at the end of the service :) I am not sure if Pam left Sutra but I had another lady, Shah, threaded my eyebrows. She was so sweet! She did very good as well. They give you a card stamp, after 10 threadings they will give you 1 service for free! read more

I come here for Brazilians sometimes and the ladies are always very friendly! I always use the check-in discount and they're very nice about it. Regarding the Brazilian, they have a numbing spray they can use, but I don't like to use it because I end up staying numb the rest of the day. The wax itself is bearable, but then again I've been getting waxes for a good year now. However, the last time I came here, they did the wax so fast that the hair grew back faster than usual. I suggest making an appointment or coming in when it's not so busy so they can take their time in helping you. read more

I'm very disappointed I've been coming for years have had many stamp cards never used them always check in the pad they have and I was in last month had earned a free threading but they charged my card before the full price said sorry you can use it next time I said okay no worries.... I come back in show them my text alert and the lady says sorry it's good for only 21 days from that day it's expired you can't redeem it..... She counted exactly for one day after just so she wouldn't have to honor my 6 or so off...... It was the principal I assume I've probably earned like 15 free services as many times as me and my daughters go ....... I have been trying since December to have Shah do my eyebrows. In December they told me she would be out for 4 weeks. Over a month went by and I tried again and they told me the same thing. I have been calling since and they are STILL telling me she is on vacation for 4 weeks. Why lie to your customers? Even if Shah comes back, I refuse to do business with Sutra again!!!!!!!! read more

5 dollars to get my lip threaded and she missed half the hairs. I nicely told her she missed some hairs and if she could go in and get them and she went in again but decided to start threading my face instead of just my upper lip. I love Sutra! I have been coming here for years and I have always been happy with their service. The girls are all so friendly, but my go-to girl is Shah. She is amazing. I used to live down the street from here when I first discovered Sutra, but have moved many times since then. I've tried other threading salons (read reviews on Yelp) but have always been very disappointed. I have definitely learned my lesson now to not let anyone else touch my eyebrows except Shah! She knows exactly what I want and is always such a delight when I go see her. She also does my Brazilian wax and is absolutely excellent. It is a painful process but Shah is fast and efficient. I came here using YELP and good reviews from customers, after having horrible and painful experience from having threading experience at the Brea Mall threading place. (Which I noticed has closed!) This is a clean and quick place to get the threading done. They have 3 ladies doing the threading and they are all friendly and know what they are doing. I agree with most of the reviewers that Niru is the best and friendliest threader. She always offer to give you a topical ointment or anesthetic to numb the area so the experience will not be too painful. Parking is convenient and easily accessible in the La Habra area. I don't mind the drive as long as the service is good and they are skilled in what they are doing, which they are. read more

This place is one of the best in the area for eyebrow threading. Sabi is one of the best there. One day she described to me that one of my eyebrows was higher than the other and she fixed it. But that was only once, usually she doesn't say much but she's still good. I like when threaders talk to you about the shape of your brows instead of just doing them fast to get paid & you end up looking however they want. Most likely they won't screw up your brows here but make sure you tell them how you want it anyways. Before she also asked me if I wanted numbing cream for when she threaded. And she also put sanitizer, aloe vera/lotion after. I'm not sure if they still do that but I like that they did! I stopped going because I moved. There is normally not a wait when you go in and pricing is pretty comparable to other places. I normally like to go to the girl at Station 2..i can never catch her name, but whenever she threads my eyebrows I get a ton of compliments. Went in to get my eyebrows done for the first time here. I usually go to Ulta for my eyebrows but due to the holidays their Eyebrow bar is closed. I really regret going here. The lady was nice but she chopped the beginning of my right Eyebrow off! Horrible place!!! YOU SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE GOING!! I have been coming here for a year and at first everything was great. Just recently last month I came in for my upper lip and I informed them that my skin has recently gotten extremely sensitive. And what did the bitch do? She hurt me multiple times and didn't apologize. I left in the middle of it and left upset. I am a strong believer in second chances, so just recently yesterday I went in thinking to give them another try and explained my last experience with them and then apologized and assured me that it would not happen again. I asked for my eyebrows to stay thick and that I only needed them to be cleaned up I also informed them that my skin is still extremely sensitive. So guess what she did this time ?!?!?!?!?! She made me look like one of those little gangster girls that uses sharpies on their eyebrows!!!!!!!!!!!!! So for the second time in two months they fucked me up!!!
