I came here for wife today 7/28/25 and just waited in the lobby until she had labs drawn. I just…read moresat and watched as the front desk lady and maybe another worker or two interacted with the clients. The lady at front with red curly hair was rude to just about every one of the patients. Most of the patients were elderly and she had absolutely NO patience for them. Speaking with attitude and a tone that indicated they were stupid. I also noticed after more observation, she was selective with whom she was friendly to..... There was another worker with short hair (shaved up in the back) that came up to the front and they also were rude to the patient they were interacting with. Is that the culture at this place?? Its sad that there are people with no customer service etiquette working with patients. Please, work somewhere where you do not have to interact with people if you cant be nice or patient. Management: why do you employ such people? Maybe they just know how to be nice to the right people. Im just glad that this place is not our local lab Corp office.

I wish I would've known this before I took a trip out to Oakland to do my test. They were kind of hard to find because they are Near the entrance that is closest to Albany Hill. I wish I would've known that because I went into the regular entrance and walked around the whole mall before I found them. This included a trip upstairs. But, I found them and I was able to sign in because I've been there before and my first trip was excellent. However, when I came back for my results, I got them, but the woman who helped me was not the warmest. So between the difficulty of finding them the first time I came and the lack of warmth on the second visit, they lost a star. But I would recommend them for anyone needing a test like this.

When I went to Concentra, they understood that I would just be taking a regular pre employment physical exam. Nothing that a regular clinic can do. If the staff here had more experience and did my exam when I came in, I wouldn't have had to spend my Saturday driving 40 minutes and waiting hours for what could have been done here.

We had to come back for a redo, as my baby did not cooperate the first time, and we were satisfied with how everything turned out. Marcella was our ultrasound technician for the redo and she had me laying down in different positions to help my baby cooperate during the ultrasound. I highly recommend this place :)

However, when I went back the next day (took me one hour to get there), the person at the check in told me that they "tried to call me" to let me know that the physician "cancelled my appointment" for no reason (literally so irresponsible for a medical clinic that offers emergency contraception services and abortions)???????? They offered Monday which was way too late for me because I was in an emergency, so I'm possibly screwed over LOL. I checked my call logs and no one called me that whole day, so they were definitely lying to my face that they were trying to reach out to me. I'm so disappointed from the unprofessionalism from this Planned Parenthood, I expected so much better from them. Save your time and try literally any other option before you come to this one because this location is highly unreliable, and they only had one clinician working for the day I went in, so they're definitely short-staffed.

This is my…read moreregular Kaiser facility and no matter who helps me, they do it painlessly and almost never leave a bruise. The process always runs smoothly from registration to blood draw, but the biggest thing is that they have never hurt me in the course of doing their job. This has been true for decades. I'm surprised I haven't written a review of the lab until now. Chairs are well spaced and the television is on at very low volume so it's not intrusive, which makes sitting in the waiting area more pleasant for me.
