I came here for wife today 7/28/25 and just waited in the lobby until she had labs drawn. I just…read moresat and watched as the front desk lady and maybe another worker or two interacted with the clients. The lady at front with red curly hair was rude to just about every one of the patients. Most of the patients were elderly and she had absolutely NO patience for them. Speaking with attitude and a tone that indicated they were stupid. I also noticed after more observation, she was selective with whom she was friendly to..... There was another worker with short hair (shaved up in the back) that came up to the front and they also were rude to the patient they were interacting with. Is that the culture at this place?? Its sad that there are people with no customer service etiquette working with patients. Please, work somewhere where you do not have to interact with people if you cant be nice or patient. Management: why do you employ such people? Maybe they just know how to be nice to the right people. Im just glad that this place is not our local lab Corp office.

This facility provides no medical care, nor does it have ER services. Entry requires employee badge, or going thru security desk. Tech was super nice and not rough at all. My kids came along with wife and close family friends in town and there was plenty of seating for everyone (large dark room with two big couches and a bed next to the ultrasound machine).

We had to come back for a redo, as my baby did not cooperate the first time, and we were satisfied with how everything turned out. Marcella was our ultrasound technician for the redo and she had me laying down in different positions to help my baby cooperate during the ultrasound. I highly recommend this place :)

However, when I went back the next day (took me one hour to get there), the person at the check in told me that they "tried to call me" to let me know that the physician "cancelled my appointment" for no reason (literally so irresponsible for a medical clinic that offers emergency contraception services and abortions)???????? They offered Monday which was way too late for me because I was in an emergency, so I'm possibly screwed over LOL. I checked my call logs and no one called me that whole day, so they were definitely lying to my face that they were trying to reach out to me. I'm so disappointed from the unprofessionalism from this Planned Parenthood, I expected so much better from them. Save your time and try literally any other option before you come to this one because this location is highly unreliable, and they only had one clinician working for the day I went in, so they're definitely short-staffed.
