So far, I've had a great experience at this location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I like that this location has everything in one place- you check in as soon as you walk in and they direct you to the right spot for your appointment. Even the bloodwork and labs can be done here so I'm not being sent off to another lab at some new to me location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been in for a few appointments so far and between the online information and front desk it's been a breeze to check in and proceed to my appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Each of my visits to medical professionals have been efficient, friendly, and have been low stress. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even planning appointments (though sometimes it takes some time) has been easy so far.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been happy visiting this location and seeing the doctors here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One thing to note, the parking can fill up and you'll want to be careful in the lot as it's busy with cars and people. read more

Always had great experiences with check in, lab, visits with my doc etc. I moved 30+ minutes away but still make the drive because I like them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] More recently I started to see a dermatologist. First visit was very quick, glanced at my face and gave some care instructions. Things worsened and I felt the doc wasn't doing much examining rather than just prescribing creams and meds. Already not feeling confident with her, this last visit(or no visit) led me to terminate care with her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Appointments are not only hard to get, our personal schedules are also busy. I waited close to 2 months for this appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was an early one at 7:30am. I live out of town, there is traffic, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried calling twice while I was on the road. No answer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the photo is my dash cam that captures my arrival at 7:35am I checked in and glanced at the time, it said 7:37am. I took a seat and was called back up moments later to be told that the doctor would not see me because of my 7 minutes late arrival... & to be completely honest based on my previous experiences with this doc she probably would've spent less than 7 minutes looking at my skin anyway. I was livid. Also, how many times have we all arrived for an appointment ON TIME and had to wait way more than seven minutes to be seen because our DOCTOR is running behind?! The double standard is wild. These are personal things, but I had been traveling for work all week. I was exhausted but knew I needed to make it. It was an early morning appointment. I drove a pretty long way. My visit wasn't anything intricate. I was SHOCKED. In complete disbelief. I think I'd understand if maybe I was 15+ minutes late. Or perhaps consistently late for every appointment but SEVEN minutes late one time & turned away. Not like I didn't take time away from work, or sacrificed sleep, or drove 30+ minutes to get there. Life happens and she should just be a little more considerate of that. Especially in a space where we go for "care." I have had nothing but great experiences here until my dermatology visits with Dr Nguyen. I'm going to start seeing someone new at a different clinic, hoping I will have a better experience. read more

My family of 6 has been with this provider group since 2017. In that time, we have never had a bad experience with a doctor and seldom had a good experience with their system. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you are in a situation where you can't avoid this system, be sure to establish care with your PCP as soon as possible. You must have an appointment with them to establish care. Without that, you will not be able to receive services when you need them. You can't even get a vaccine until you have established care[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The PCPs name on an insurance card means nothing. If you have never seen them, you are not their patient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Be prepared to get switched to new locations, new PCPs - things change and you have to start over by establishing care with the new PCP.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I live in Natomas and have to go to Roseville to get a new PCP because there are none available in Natomas despite what the website shows. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Selecting a new PCP from the pool of providers listed on their website is impossible. The website is not updated and you will see many doctors who claim to be accepting new patients who are not[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. You can select them as your PCP, receive an insurance card with their name on it, and only learn they are not accepting new patients when you try to schedule. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Calling to change your PCP is no better. You can easily end up with a provider that isn't accepting new patients[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have wasted hours on multiple occasions trying to make informed decisions. Save yourself the frustration. You pretty much just have to take the random doctor assigned to you[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. My son had the same PCP on his insurance card for 8 years, but he had never seen her. When he tried, he learned she wasn't accepting new patients so he couldn't get a vaccine he needed for international travel. My other son needed a vaccine against an incurable disease (Hep B) which his close friend had. He was supposed to wait months before he could get an appointment to establish care with his assigned PCP. As I said, I have seen nothing but wonderful doctors in the 8 years I was with this location and I've had good experiences with the specialists to whom we were referred, but we have had many bad experiences with the Sutter Health system. I've spent countless hours trying to get even basic care. Thankfully, we are all healthy and seldom need anything. I would hate to be in a crisis situation trying to get started in this system. read more

I love Sutter. This is their newest location, and the offices are amazing. They're clean ( newness has its perks) and comfortable. I love that this new location has multiple floors for medical staff. It's great if you're seeing a doctor, getting blood drawn, or other such fun stuff. It's unclear if they are truly taking walk-in's for the lab. I would encourage you to make an appointment. The lab prioritizes appointments by time. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, and the gentleman in front of me had a scheduled appointment after mine. They took me first. The blood sucker, I mean phlebotomist, was quick, and painless. Her personality was dead, but I chalked that up to her job lol The lab room is super comfortable, but oddly enough, people in the lobby can hear the conversations going on in the lab rooms. They sent me a list of false allegations against me, using it as justification to cut me from seeing my doctor. They are fully aware that she was my only care provider in 2024 as I went through some very tough situations, that she and I had agreed to biweekly appointments, and that I have continued stressors from having to overcome so many difficulties so quickly, yet it has now been two months since I sent my response. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No one will give me any updates regarding my appeal no matter how I contact the Patient Resource Center.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Based on the information I have, such as the timing of the information I received versus when my appointments were cancelled and what I was told on the phone before the cancellations versus after, and more, it appears that someone at the facility who has never even met me is interfering with my ability to receive care. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A past version of the above review, on Google, almost a month ago now, only resulted in an offer to connect me with the Patient Resource Center, which, as that, and this, review already mentioned, is not empowered to offer any assistance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Based on what I have seen online since I received the letter cutting me from care, I am by far not the only person who is unable to get an answer about serious matters regarding primary care when they most matter and are directly interfering with my health. Furthermore, this could have been almost immediately fixed by comparing a letter I had written to the letter I was sent, all of which occurred in less than two business days. New patient of Dr. Wilcox. Originally they wanted to do a virtual appointment, but I was able to have it scheduled as an "annual physical" and have an in-person visit. Easy to check in on the first floor and then go to my appointment on the second floor. Nice new space, recently opened in March 2021. I chose Dr. Wilcox because she was located at the Natomas Plaza, specialized in Family Medicine and Ob/Gyn, and was recommended by a colleague. On time. Completed the physical exam and discussed my two main medical concerns. She provided me resources for the first item and I can get back to her once decided. For the second item, she provided a referral and I'll schedule an appointment for that at a different Sutter location downtown. Prescriptions sent conveniently to the Walgreens nearest me. They do have a lab Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, but I didn't have time immediately after my appointment to do the labs. Now I know you can schedule an appointment for lab tests as well, will remember that for the future. read more

My PCP left Sutter last year. I needed to transfer care to a new PCP, but this Natomas location did not have any doctors accepting new patients. I put it off, until last week I noticed a doctor at Natomas accepting new patients. I waited 45 minutes for the doctor in the exam room. (I was 15 minutes early, but the doctor arrived 30 min late.) Needed to get some blood work done. The doctor told me the lab on the first floor opens at 7am, even though the sign on the door says 6am. (Another Yelp review mentions that the lab doesn't really open at 6am, just the front door.) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The physician's assistant comes in to schedule return appointments. She says the lab opens at 6am, not 7am. AND, they are now open Saturdays.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Guess what? Just went there and the lab is CLOSED. AND, Google says they open at 7am, not 6am like the front door says. So what is it, Sutter Natomas? Does anyone really know what time you open? Very unprofessional. Get your act together. read more

If you're a new patient, be prepared to wait 4 to 5 months to be seen. Need a referral for a specialty provider? Need imaging? Need to message your doctor or communicate with your care team in any meaningful or insignificant way? Have a health care concern you need addressed? It will not happen and is not possible for 4 to 5 months. You literally cannot even send a message through My Health Online to your doctor until you are seen by them and you will not be seen by them for 4 or 5 or more months. How is this acceptable? How are people expected to get needed medical care? How can these doctors be okay with this? They should be ashamed. read more

Sutter Del Paso has moved to a new location on Benefit Way! It is a very nice facility and a lot bigger then their old location. They currently have all covid safety protocols in place. Upon entrance I was checked in and then directed to the 2nd floor waiting area. Dr. Belsky is great & I always feel cared for when I see her. read more

I've had my doctor in this practice for quite a while in an older building. However when they moved to this new building I love it so much more. A lot more parking. The parking spaces are actually made for normal and bigger size cars which was really nice. The practice have Offices on multiple floors. And the lab is much bigger. I'm so happy that my doctor moved over to this new medical Plaza. It makes going to the doctor so much more pleasant. read more

I've been trying to schedule a follow up appointment for my daughter who was seen at the emergency room and this people have no idea what they're doing. I was told we would get a call back as a top priority this was on Fridays today is Monday and still no call from anybody to assist me setting up a follow up appointments. Extremely disappointed! I had my first appointment here as a new patient over a month ago. Appointment was for 7am so I wouldn't miss much work. I arrived at 6:45am for check in and was taken back to the room at 7:15am. The nurse checked my vitals and said the doctor would be right with me. At 7:45am the nurse came back in and apologized stating "Dr. Farooqi was unaware she was working today. She is on her way but I am not sure what time she will be arriving". I asked if she could find out what time she would arrive as I needed to know if I should stay and wait or not. 10 minutes later she told me the doctor would arrive at 8:15am, which she did. Upon Dr. Farooqie stepping into the room she apologized and said her dog had gotten sick the night before and she needed to clean up the mess. I am an understanding person however the nurse told me twice that the doctor was late because she didn't know she was working that day, not because of a sick dog. So was I being lied to by my doctor now? It was not a good first impression. I scheduled a follow up women's wellness check for August 23rd. I received a text to confirm a few days before yet today, the day before my appointment, I received a phone call stating Dr. Farooqi would only be doing video calls on August 23rd and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. It is extremely hard to get doctors appointments right now. I had this scheduled weeks in advance. Why are video visit only days not put on the calendar in advance so in person appointments are not scheduled on those days? This is twice now that this doctor has inconvenienced me.
