I brought my mom to emergency and there is only person working to check in ppl at a window. There should be at least 2 ppl there and it should be more private the person checking in is literally yelling questions that are personal where ppl can hear. read more

Both times I've been here to bring in my daughter we've had great care. Always in and out in less than 1 hour. Dr. Derek Johnson was great with my little one today. I already knew my daughter had an ear infection and all I wanted was to be out quickly with a prescription sent to our pharmacy. In the last few years my children and I have a made a few urgent care trips. I have no complaints. The staff is friendly all the Doctors we have seen are wonderful. Obviously we are there because we don't feel good and I see they all try there best to make us feel as good as possible. We have waited for x-rays, strep results and flu results (just to name a few things) and all done as quick as possible. They all do a wonderful job. read more

Dr. Jonathan E Lynne is by far one of the rudest people I've ever had the pleasure meeting. I'm surprised he calls himself a Doctor. I've never met a doctor that was more concerned with money and payment then helping a human being. I paid $150 to be told if you can't pay anymore we can't help. He did absolutely NOTHING but ask why I didn't have insurance and why was I there and if you don't have money we can't help you. That's what I got for $150 read more

It's hit or miss. I was misdiagnosed here twice: but before that I received great care. It's convenient & there's usually little to no wait. It's just frustrating when your doc isn't open & the ER is too much to go through so it's convenient. If you could wait to go to your doc then wait but if it's urgent then.... maybe go? Lol. I was visiting my daughter in Antioch ( I live on the coast) and went to the Urgent Care facility - was treated efficiently, kindly and very professionally. But the best part was a phone call 1-12 days later from them saying that having done tests on my urine they determined that the anti-biotic they had prescribed was not the best choice for the infection I had. They phoned in a new prescription to my pharmacy on the Coast! WOW - it doesn't get any better than that! read more

Worst hospital ever. I had an excruciating pain in my back and a really bad migraine that has been going on for 5 days , I waited in the lobby for 4 hours I was about to leave when I was called in. I told the doctor what was wrong with me. Plus I'm a diabetic and my sugar levels were 400. I was in the room for less than an hour, then the doctor check me out,my medicine to lower my sugar "a cup of water ". The medications given to me for my migraines and back Motrin and I was sent on my way.. yaaayyyy!!!! If you can avoid this place I would highly recommend you to do so. read more

Very friendly staff. When going to an urgent care it is obvious there will be a wait, that is understandable when it is a walk-in facility with a high volume of people needing to be seen. They are also informative by giving a wait time. But with this being the circumstance, why is there only one doctor all day? Why are you making people wait 2 hours for a doctor? Yes, the wait time says 1 hour. I'm aware and still choose to be seen here, fine. But TWO hours and no doctor??? There is a list of all of the doctors who work here, yet only one is here a day??? I apologize if I sound ignorant but it is very frustrating to sit here for hours waiting for one doctor who has to see a bunch of patients. I'm sure it's frustrating for the doctor as well. You guys should try and find a new system on how to run things. read more

Bluerock Radiology Imaging at Urgent Care has false advertising re hours of operation. Technician is always out sick. It was closed twice when it was advertised to be open. No one answers phone or returns calls. Maybe it is out of business. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. read more

I will never use Sutter Urgent Care ever again! I have been there twice within the last year, and each time I was misdiagnosed. The part that infuriates me the most is how they want to charge you a second time to come back, knowing that you were just seen there. The official answer that I received or shall I say excuse, was that they had doctors running in & out of there. An answer like that is translated to "we have doctors that don't know what they're doing here, but give us some more money and we can help you". Thank God I come from a medical background and I know when something isn't right. I'm not a money bag, I am a human being and expect to be treated as such. I know it won't make much of a difference to you (Sutter), but if nothing is corrected I will be canceling ALL affiliations with the Sutter Medical Foundation with which I once believed in. read more

This is a very unprofessional medical facility. I called in to inquire that I've had a missed call from the hospital. My purpose is to inquire if any test results needed to be disclosed. They placed me on hold for a long time and just hang up on me. The whole time I was on hold, I can hear giggling and laughing in the background. Then, I called again after few hours. I was told that the nurse is in a meeting and she will call me back. I've waited again and no call back. Stay away from the emergency services of this hospital. It's not worth your time. The reputation of Sutter Health is being compromised by unworthy and unprofessional staff and nurses. read more

Absolutely love this Urgent Care! My 5year old got an abscess on her buttock. We went for our first visit and seen Dr Lienen who was awesome and his MA Nicole was so sweet and helpful. My kids loved Dr Lienen and they got a kick out of his hilarious personality. My five year old even had a dream about him and wanted to go visit him again lol needless to say he makes a great first impression and you can't help but love the guy. He prescribed antibiotics hoping we wouldn't have to lance the abscess. He is a very intelligent MD and very informative. The next day my daughter couldn't even get out of bed and it hurt for her to walk. We went back to urgent care and was seen by Dr Lynne. He was great and very friendly. We ended up having to lance the abscess. I knew it wasn't going to be easy especially being that my daughter is only 5years old. He got his MA's and he walked us through everything. He remained calm during the entire procedure and was saying things to my daughter to ease her fears and any pain she was experiencing. His team also was very compassionate towards my daughter. The pediatrician in the blue rock medical building came in to help assist (I didn't catch her name) which also brought comfort to me as this whole ordeal was very hard on me as well. My daughter came home a little shook up but within an hour she was able to walk again and was back to being her happy self. I want to thank everyone for getting us through this nerve wrecking time. I'm am very grateful and appreciative of everything they did for my daughter. read more

I usually go to the urgent care in brentwood, but as I work nearby, I decided to visit this one on my lunch break last week. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful, and when she found out I was on my break advised me that the doctor who was working that day was very thorough, and therefore not likely to get to me before my lunch was over. She made me an appointment for after I got off work so that I could come back and wouldn't have to wait in line. Excellent customer service! I really appreciated it and wouldn't hesitate to come back. read more

I wish I could give negative sSutter East Bay in Antioch is awful!!! If you can switch your insurance do so. Urgent care, primary care, pediatrics in this office have the rudest front desk people. They are unhelpful and unwilling to do anything for patients. They want your insurance card every single time you come in and have tried to turn us away before just because we didn't have the physical card when they can run the insurance that they have on their system. Another time when My husband brought my daughter in, they had something incorrect in their system with her insurance (mind you she had been to the dr twice in that same year with no issues and my insurance hadn't changed), and they refused to call the insurance to find anything out. They said they didn't have the phone number and couldn't look it up on the internet. Then when he gave them the phone number, they told him to have a seat and it would take a couple hours (hours!!! To make a phone call???). Then my husband thought to have them check one of our other profiles to see if the insurance information matched and they were finally able to fix the problem. Why does he have to do their job???? Because they don't want to and don't care at all about you and your situation. If you are able to get past the awful front-desk ppl, the doctors do a good job. But based on their awful customer service, I'm done with them and am going to give John Muir Health a try. read more

I have been seen at Sutter urgent care a couple times and each time I am surprised at how quickly I am in and out and how well I have been treated. It does not feel like a rushed and chaotic emergency room. It is wonderful to have this urgent care clinic available on weekends and evenings. read more

I walked into the Sutter Urgent Care today having spent the last 4 days in bed with a horrible cold and cough. No magic shot was given to me that cured me of my symptoms but I did get outstanding compassionate care from the front desk Medical Assistant checking me in to the wonderful Medical Assistant rooming me and finally the physician. Everything truly was a home run and this is coming from someone who is sick with a sore throat and cough that won't stop. I am so pleasantly overwhelmed with the care and the process. A very experienced Medical Assistant roomed me and took down my symptoms. The physician walked in and after taking time to discuss/examine provided her thoughts with my condition and prescribe medications; had me wait for the Medical Assistant to return and review my after visit summary and then escorted me back out front. Exiting the front door the Medical Assistant who registered me told me to get feeling better real soon. Thank you Sutter Health for your kindness and compassion. By far the best patient care I've experienced in a long while. I was warmly greeted by the gal at the front desk upon walking through the front door. Check in was quick and easy. Before I had the chance to sit down, I was called back by one of the nurses. She was very sweet and attentive and also informed me that the doctors on duty are the very same that work in the ER down the street. I must have waited no longer than a minute before the doctor came in. He came in and answered all of my questions. All in all, I has a fantastic experience and only wish there were more healthcare professionals as great as the ones at this Urgent Care. read more

I'm not sure if being sick/cranky made me a more difficult patient to deal with; however, I believe the first face you see should be a friendly one. I felt like I recieved a lot of attitude and not really a straight answer when I did not see a need to provide a current address. After all of this was when the ran my insurance card which was no longer valid. I was annoyed. A few other attempts were made on my part to get the information only to be still turned away and told to have my insurance company fax them a copy. I've NEVER before been asked to contact my insurance, the office that wants to be paid and wants to have patients has ALWAYS done this in the past. Long story short it's not a bad clinic by any means the rooms could have been a wee bit more kept and they could have picked a few things up from the floor, nothing disgusting. If you don't know where else to go they're open on the weekend so ya know. read more
