We were driving through town when around 9 am our adult daughter started feeling her poison oak take hold so we stopped here for a shot. We were told an hour and a half wait..we spent three hours out in the waiting room and then she waited over an hour in the back after being told there were "two people ahead of you". If they would have told us 3-4 hours when we arrived, we'd have gone some place else. Never experienced anything like this before. Would absolutely not recommend this "urgent care" facility. PS the staff members we experienced were friendly. We had no issues with them at all. This is all about their poor staffing numbers (?) or is it that the staff checking people in had no idea they are giving out woefully incorrect length of time info??? Updated to respond to the response: I've read previous reviews (after our unbelievable experience) and I don't think it works for forward this to any person in your organization.

We come here for urgent needs and we never have problems. Staff upon check in are always friendly and helpful. Not sure if so because I was a previous employee in the Oakland location but they treat all patients that I see fairly. Providers are always kind, asking questions and giving proper and understandable advice. Only reason for 4 starts is the MA that checked called us in on Monday 9/9/24 around 9:45 AM. She took vitals and put us in a room. I worked in hospital/medical office setting so if I see something that doesn't look right - I'll say something. Upon entering the room, there was no sheet covering the bed so I mentioned to her and she stated "we don't use paper, we just wipe down the bed." I thought ok, that's new. Dr came in, saw us and ordered an X-ray (I'm so thankful) and it didn't take long (appreciate that very much) and walking through the office to the X-ray room-the other rooms had paper to cover beds. Ok, now I'm upset. Didn't see the MA that roomed us but she didn't have lie and just cover the bed. Reason for 4 stars. Overall, great patient care.

I had a hard time navigating the new insurance system and I was convinced I'd not be able to find a doctor comparable to the amazing doctor I had at Kaiser. I found Dr. Sachdeva on Yelp. I thought all the positive reviews must be a gimmick, but I thought I'd check her out, especially because she used to be a Kaiser MD. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Sachdeva listens like she really cares. Once you get to know her, she remembers details about your life and family, and that's rare. I suffer with chronic health conditions and am often skeptical of physicians, so it can take me some time to trust a doctor. Dr. Sachdeva has been wonderful at helping me manage my health issues and finding different ways to do that. Her office is simple and she's not open every day, but don't let that put you off. She's available and returns calls quickly. Plus, they always have treats (like individually packaged Madeline cookies) and newer magazines in the lobby, which my toddler always appreciates! Dr. Sachdeva also listens to my toddler's heart every visit, humoring him, and asking him questions. It's the little things (and the big) that let you trust a physician. She's kind and thorough and good at what she does. Definitely check Dr. Sachdeva out if you're looking for a new doctor in town!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing nurses and staff at Sutter Hospital…read more My mom Akhamma Prasad was admitted through the ER and later cared for in the ICU this past weekend, and the sincere care and compassion she received were simply remarkable. During such a stressful and emotional time for our family, the nurses showed incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for my mom's well-being. They didn't just provide medical care they treated her with dignity and made our family feel supported and reassured every step of the way. It takes a very special person to care for others during their most vulnerable moments, and we truly felt that dedication from the nurses who cared for my mom. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the ER Doctors Nurses and ICU nurses and staff at Sutter Hospital. Your compassion and commitment will never be forgotten. We are deeply grateful for everything you did for my mom and our family.

All the doctors and staff I've encountered here have all been so nice and welcoming to me whenever I've had a stay in the ER/Hospital. I had a procedure a few months ago, to figure a couple symptoms I had been having to clear up any assumptions. Amy did insurances. Alison did all my pre procedure work up. John was my post procedure nurse. A few others helped me, and I won't disclose the Doctor that did the surgery, because I don't want all my business out there. But I'm thankful for everyone and how comfortable they made me and how well put together all the staff is. Always recommend Tracy Sutter to anyone looking for top care for health services.

If I could give 1 million stars, I would!…read more I was just seen for a painful ingrown toenail. I was honestly terrified of how much the treatment would hurt, but the discomfort was so severe I had no choice. I was cared for by Dr. Annie Mannancheril and her medical assistant, V, and I cannot say enough good things about them both! They were extremely gentle, patient, and reassuring, turning a scary situation into an absolute breeze. They checked on me constantly throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn't feeling a thing. Their incredible bedside manner, expertise, and gentle touch made all the difference. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Annie, Assistant V, and the team at Assure Primary and Urgent Care. We are so lucky to have such an amazing urgent care in our community!

This was my first visit to your clinic, and unfortunately, it will also be my last…read more Upon arrival, I informed staff that I did not have a physical insurance card but did have an electronic copy available via email. I asked if I could send it, and I was told that I could. I was then given new patient paperwork to complete. After finishing the forms, I emailed my insurance card to the email address listed on the paperwork and returned the completed documents to the medical assistant. I was not informed of her name or role within the clinic. Shortly afterward, she stated that she did not have my insurance information. I explained that I had sent it to the address provided. She responded, "Oh, you read that?" which I found confusing and dismissive. I chose not to address it further at that time. I then asked if I should send it to a different email address and resent the information immediately. She replied, "Oh, I have it now. However, I'm unable to read the numbers." I offered to show the information on my phone, but she stated she required a physical copy of the insurance card. Since I live approximately six minutes away, I returned home to retrieve it. When I came back, I reminded her that I had confirmed the clinic was in-network the day prior and had been told my copay would be $50. After entering my information, she confirmed the $50 copay. I paid with $60 in cash (three $20 bills). She then searched her pockets and asked a coworker for change before asking if I had $10 available. I found this unprofessional, as patients should not be expected to provide exact change due to a clinic's inability to make change for a standard copay. I informed her that I did not have $10 and stated I would return to my current provider, Sutter. She apologized and said, "I'm sorry. I didn't know how to read your ID card, and I don't have the change, but we'll get it worked out." The earlier comment, "Oh, you read that?" remained particularly concerning to me, especially as I had just completed multiple pages of required paperwork. I found it unnecessary and offensive. As an African-American patient, I left the clinic feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether assumptions had been made about me. While I understand that mistakes and miscommunication can occur, the combination of dismissive remarks, confusion regarding my insurance information, the unnecessary return trip to my home, and the inability to process a simple copay left me feeling disrespected. I believe all patients deserve to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.
