She was great at communicating and made sure I always knew what was happening with my case. Todd was my attorney, and I really appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood each step of the process. I always felt like my case was being handled with professionalism and care. Going through a legal case can be stressful, but their team made the process so much easier. I'm very thankful for all of their hard work, support, and dedication. I would definitely recommend the Law Offices of Samer Habbas to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to get the best possible outcome.

The entire claims and settlement process was much more complicated than I expected, and I honestly wouldn't have known how to navigate it on my own. Kate was exceptional throughout the process, taking the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I understood my options. The at-fault driver's insurance company seemed eager to close the case as quickly as possible, and I almost accepted far less than I was entitled to. Fortunately, Samer Habbas stepped in right away, protected my interests, and made sure I received fair treatment. Their team handled everything--from communicating with insurance representatives to identifying the damages and expenses I could legitimately claim. Thanks to their knowledge and advocacy, I wasn't left paying medical bills out of my own pocket. I felt supported from start to finish and always knew I had a team looking out for me. If you're looking for a law firm that is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their clients, I highly recommend Samer Habbas.

I highly recommend South OC Chiropractic. He doesn't just treat symptoms, he takes the time to thoroughly review X-rays, explain what's going on, and create a personalized plan focused on movement, strengthening, and core stability. His guidance on exercises and overall body mechanics has made a noticeable difference. I also have to share that my husband is now a patient as well, which if you knew him, you would know is nothing short of a miracle that he would seek medical chiropractic care. After hearing me speak so highly of Dr. Drake and seeing how clearly my pain improved, he decided to give it a try himself. Now he reminds me when I am overdue to make my appointment appointments with Dr. Drake! I really appreciate the excellent one-on-one care and the time Dr. Drake spends making sure I understand the "why" behind the treatment. If you're looking for a chiropractic office that takes a comprehensive and educational approach to care, this is a great place to go.

He backed up his statements with case law and explained to me different aspects about my matter, what his comments were and what they were not. He gave me the information that I needed to make an informed decision. My take away: Eric Strongin is thorough, detailed and thoughtful. I seriously get a "Spirit of Excellence" from his handling of my inquiry. He has earned my trust!!! "He who is faithful in a little thing is also faithful in much.!"

PS. Daniel Libbey will NOT RESPOND to your messages. Funny how only two hours AFTER WE POSTED THIS REVIEW he finally called us after ghosting us for messages left personally for him FIVE MONTHS AGO and THREE WEEKS ago.

I hired this firm to represent me after I was injured in a car accident…read more Overall, my experience has been mixed. Aaron has been excellent to work with. He has always been polite, informative, and communicative. Whenever I've called with questions, he's returned my calls and taken the time to explain things. Unfortunately, most of my communication has been with Rosie, and that has been frustrating. She was the first person I spoke with when I called them. I went with this company because she told me they would hold my hand in the process and the reviews aligned. When I called for updates, I often received conflicting information. There were also several occasions where I was told something wasn't needed, only to be asked for it much later because it hadn't been documented, requiring me to track it down and resend it. I eventually switched to communicating by email because it was easier to keep track of what had been said. At one point, nearly two years into my case, I was asked to provide photos. I was surprised those hadn't already been collected much earlier in the process- what if I didn't have them and how that could have affected a case. I often felt like I was spending more time than I should have REsending documents and REreading old emails to clarify what had already been provided. After undergoing surgery, I reached out for an update because several months had passed and I had questions about what to expect next and the process after being told there was issues with billing which I had no idea what that even meant (like what issues? How is it getting fixed? Etc.). Rather than having my questions answered or the process explained, I received a brief response referencing previous emails that are unclear and thanking me for my patience. The wording made me feel as though simply asking for an update was being viewed as impatience. My life has been changed by my injuries, I would have expected this response from the opposing party. I didn't expect this from the firm representing me. Given the seriousness of my injuries and recovery, the response felt dismissive and lacked the empathy and communication I was hoping to receive from my own legal team. As a client, I believe it's reasonable to ask questions throughout the process, especially after a major surgery and during a case that has lasted YEARS. Those questions should be met with clear, respectful communication--not responses that leave you feeling like you're inconveniencing someone for doing their job. I've tried to let these issues go over the course of my case, but after experiencing the same communication problems repeatedly, I felt it was important to share my experience. I find myself avoiding asking questions altogether because I didn't want to receive another dismissive response. I appreciate Aaron's professionalism and responsiveness, but the inconsistent communication and customer service I experienced with the office made an already stressful situation much more difficult than it needed to be.
