I'm upset that they cancelled less than an hour prior to my appointment for a reason that should have been obvious when I booked it, and now they are lying to try to keep me from getting a refund. My husband and I both work out and lift heavy weight so we really wanted them to work on our muscles. They exceeded our expectations, listened to our wants and massaged all of our problem areas away.
