I had the waffle fry nachos (chili, black beans, avocado, jalapenos, pico de gallo, nacho cheese, spicy crème fraiche). They were incredible. The chili is spectacular. And I realized that waffle fries won't get so soggy that they ruin any nacho leftovers. I plan on throwing these bad boys into the air fryer, when I ready to finish them off.
