My friend wanted to go antiquing and while I've never have seriously gone before (true browsing) with a friend, I was intrigued. Whew, who knew antiquing can be so expensive?!? Most of this stuff is way overpriced. Maybe I just don't understand and I'm definitely not the target audience if I audibly say "I can get this for $5 elsewhere," but so much of the things sold here are not collectibles. Another man's trash is another man's treasure. There's a TON of stuff here. I mean, a ton! It's overwhelming and I definitely walked past a lot of it. After finding a few pieces that I personally collect and seeing the prices, I couldn't honestly stomach walking around the shop anymore. It was a huge let down and I no longer had interest in browsing. I bought some stickers to at least give them some pay for our time spent in their air conditioned shop. The staff were nice and asked if we needed any help. We weren't watched the entire time which was nice because I hate being watched when I shop. If you love antiquing and you're aware of how expensive this hobby is, then by all means, SuzAnnna's is great! I just couldn't stomach $60 for a piece of uranium glassware when I can get the same thing on eBay for less than $10. Side note, there are items that are comparable to what you can find online, but prices are all over the place here and if you're like me who seriously collects certain things, you'll see that many of the pieces sold here are overly priced. read more

Just so much stuffed into one place!! Some handmade items mixed in, but no obvious junk in either category. Fun unique stuff everywhere you turn, great prices. Clean, good music, incredibly sweet and friendly staff. After offering to let me set down my first few choices so that I could continue to browse hands free, they then came through the store to find me when they noticed one of my items seemed to be missing (False alarm; I had just changed my mind and swapped it out with a different item.) My heart and soul would love to return soon, but my brain and wallet are scolding me to pace myself. read more

Suzanna's is so much fun for just wandering! I love how they put displays and collectibles together. So many things bring back memories, but the way they're presented helps me see them in new ways. I'm always determined to 'just browse', and I always end up finding something I just have to have. I love love love visiting Suzanna's every chance I get. They are about an hour from us and it is definitely worth the drive. There are so many vendors there that have different styles so there's a section for everyone!!! My personal favorite vendor is in the room right up front to the right of the check out desk. She is absolutely awesome and I have bought several things from her booth. Christmas time is the best time to go visit! They have all kinds of Christmas decorations up in November and December. Visited the other SuzAnna's in Rolesville - much warmer than the Youngsville location but just as interesting inside! Very large store with lots of nooks and crannies to explore! I love a white Christmas tree and there were plenty! We came away with a very cool antique tool box for $10. And, when we mentioned it was our first time at this location, we were offered a free soap. So kind! Great location in Rolesville and so much to see! We will definitely return - so many unique items and very reasonably priced. read more

This is just the most charming antique boutique; every corner and cranny is full of delightful treasures. Jenny, the owner, has quite the eye, and is discerning about its country chic contents. A walk through the shop reminded me of Christmas coffees and my grandmother's riverfront cottage. This is a must-visit destination in Rolesville's historic downtown. read more

Very nice thrift/antique store in Rolesville, right off of Main Street. I was first reluctant to come in bc I don't have the budget to pay antique prices. However I found the prices to be reasonable. You'll find mostly high quality farmhouse/rustic/old-timey decor. If this is your style, you'll love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is clean and open. It was so fun walking around and gathering some decorating ideas. The quality of the items was very good. I spotted this colorful spot quite by accident as I was driving on Durant Rd. one day. I turned around and discovered a little village of different shaped buildings and all sorts of "stuff" inside and out. It's part nostalgia, part quirky knicknacs, and lots of unique items that can be fabulously repurposed in your home. I have always found the staff to be attentive and quite friendly. I suggest following them on Facebook, as they post photos of new arrivals as well as post when the hours might be altered due to the weather. read more

We visited the hidden treasure trove called SuzAnna's in search of gardening materials. Agreeing with Amanda, this place is definitely off the beaten path. Keep your eyes peeled when you cross the RR tracks. The parking lot is sand based and eludes to the fact that you will find some buried treasure here, if you dig! The front yard is filled with an assortment of garden finds including plants, pots, old windows, outdoor furniture etc. Once you weave your way through those contents you can go in a number of entrances to meander through the old house filled with vendor booths of assorted antiques and other oddities. The neatest thing we encountered was the ceiling of the cash register room. The associate (mighty friendly) was hanging up Christmas ornaments from the ceiling. It was very Alice in Wonderland! Okay, in honor of Mother's Day, I will review the place where my Mama works. Now, you might think I'm a little biased about SuzAnna's because of this, but truly, even if she didn't work here, I would love it! It's kind of hard to describe--half indoors, half out, it's sort of organized chaos. There is something for everyone: dressers, jewelry, old games, artwork, outdoor furniture and decor, old postcards to sift through, chandeliers, vintage kitchen items...the list goes on. Obviously, I come here a lot, and they are constantly changing things around and I never get bored browsing. I always end up leaving with something. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (duh!), and they don't mind if you spend hours just looking around. It is part of a little area called "Vintage Village," right next to the train tracks off Durant Road. If you're looking for something unique and have gone to the Flea Market one too many times, give SuzAnna's a look! read more

This is like a magical vintage/antique wonderland. There are multiple little buildings to explore and nooks and crannies everywhere. The yard is filled with amazing salvage pieces that make the loveliest yard sculptures. Inside the main building are creative vignettes that evoke different moods and genres from country to romantic. The staff is always helpful and smiling and I love that they remember me every time I come...that really makes a person feel special. The down side of SuzAnna's...the impact it has on my wallet. A mini village. Quirky, eclectic, and something for whatever it is you need. I got a small table and stool, some old chalk boards for decoration, and it was all under $100. The hours of all of the little stores are not all the same, so maybe call first. They also sell the paint kits to age wood... if I were more crafty, I would have bought this. But I'd rather just buy the end product. The store is staged really well, too. For as much stuff that is in there, it's not as overwhelming as you might expect. read more

So very dissapointed Took some antique furniture to sell, when the pieces did not sell, I went to pick up. They were completely ruined! Had been sitting outside in the elements for quite sometime. I was told that I was called , but never recieved a call. Now I could not give them away. They are a complete mess. I would beware of taking anything of value.... read more
