Our experience was less than great. In fact, it was terrible. I also made the mistake of recommending Blue Moon to some elderly friends. They were also not pleased with their experience. For both of us, the houses were left wrecks. For us, while Tracey and AnnMarie are lovely people, they were very unresponsive. -I was told there was no minimum amount needed to sell. That turned out to NOT be true. -We were told that the sale would last 2 days, it was held for a few hours on Saturday only. -We do not feel like enough effort was put forth to advertise our sale. I reached out to the owner and never received a response. :-( We did end up using another service Caring Transitions! They were awesome!!!!

My objective was to get the estate cleaned out. Not only did they handle the set-up and the sale, but also meeting and handling the items left for donation, and then the clean out of any items that were left. I would say this is a complete rip off and all of you should beware! i understand you have a business to run and your pricing is different from a retail store, but your statement that im upset that my diamond is not worth the purchase price is incorrect. it is worth that as i double checked multiple online sources. You folks just wanted to take advantage as your offer wasnt even close! Genuine diamonds generally appreciate at 2-3% annually while lab diamonds have declined. So you offering me less than half of what we paid 3 decades ago doesn't hold water.
