I had been searching for a laser hair removal specialist for a few weeks until I found Suzy through a well-known makeup artist on Instagram. Once I read the review the makeup artist gave her, I contacted her immediately. I e-mailed Suzy inquiring about prices, how many sessions I would need, and her availability. I got a response within a couple of hours answering all of my questions, what I should expect, and instructions for the night before an appointment. Her prices were the best compared to every spa I looked into and she was the most informative so I booked the appointment for the following week. I live in upstate NY so this was about a 45 minute drive for me which wasn't too bad and I'm a little familiar with the area so the spa was super easy to find. The spa is insanely beautiful, so clean, and well maintained. Suzy is such a genuinely warm and friendly person that I instantly felt so comfortable. She offered me tea and water, had me fill out some paperwork, and then we talked about how the process works. I was initially expecting a feeling close to rubber bands slinging all over my body repeatedly but it was the exact opposite. Suzy started with my underarms which took maybe 2 minutes for each underarm and was almost completely painless. Full legs took about 15 minutes each and a Brazilian was 5-10 minutes, both being a 2, pain-wise, on a scale of 1 to 10. I was seriously expecting the worse pain known to humanity (I have a low pain tolerance) and it ended up being a slight pinch here and there. Suzy also made sure to ask "How are you doing? Can you tolerate it? I can change the laser strength to be more comfortable if you want." which I personally really appreciated. Afterwards, she gave me instructions what to do for the next few days and to contact her if I have any questions. I saw results within days. Literally days. Suzy texted me a few hours afterwards and the next day which was super sweet and made me feel like I made the best decision in choosing her for laser hair removal. I'm up to my third session now and will never go to anyone other than Suzy and highly recommend her to everyone who asks about laser hair removal. If I lived 2 hours away, her prices double, or her only availability was at 5am I would still go to Suzy because she made my experience that great. I'm a tired mama who doesn't get to treat herself or relax often. That's why I was so excited to finally visit Suzanna's spa suite. Everything was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. The waiting area is super cute, clean and inviting. Suzy the owner is such a sweet and funny young woman. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She offers a variety of services including facials and laser hair removal. I was there to see Lacy (the newest addition to the spa- a licensed massage therapist who is awesome!!) but I'll definitely be back to try everything else! Lacy is such a talented individual. She really cares about the wellbeing of her clients- whether it's helping them relax for the day or getting to the root of their ongoing pain. My massage included hot stones, cupping and cryotherapy. She also used new CBD products (which are all natural and growing in popularity in the country due to their wide variety of uses including pain/anxiety relief). She took the time to ask me questions about what I like and dislike in a massage normally, made sure I was 100% comfortable, and explained to me what parts of my body were holding tension and why. It's a science that's truly fascinating. I have bad posture, don't wear proper footwear, and lift heavy things so my back is basically a wreck sometimes. I felt so good during and after the massage. I instantly felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I slept SO well that night. Easily one of the best massages I've ever had. It's so hard to find someone with such integrity and passion for their talent, but I found it in Suzy!! Looking in the mirror and realizing I had to rejuvenate my skin, I remembered seeing her spa sign near my house and decided to do my research and ask around. So far so good. Nothing but great things to see and hear so I made the appointment. Honestly my work schedule is so insane, she made it so convenient for me. Truly accommodating!! When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and offered an amazing European coffee ( that she makes herself.) The spa is absolutely adorable. The colors and decor are soothing and modern. I loved it!!! And I wanted her chaise lounge chair :) Anyway,Suzy explained again( as she did on the phone )what to expect during my microdermabrasion treatment. I went in for a facial a couple of months ago and not only was I extremely comfortable, the little suite she had was adorable and pristinely kept! Suzanna was extremely professional, beyond knowledgeable in her field, and made me feel at ease (since it was my first facial). I was so happy with my visit there that I bought 4 gift certificates and gave them out to friends and family because I KNEW they would love her as much as I would! My mother went to her a month or so ago and she is raring to go back! What a wonderful experience OVERALL!! I was immediately greeted upon entering a clean spa environment and provided with clean garments to change into. Questions were asked and information was provided regarding what to expect, and my relaxing session began with a heated sauna blanket and peaceful music in the background. I had the pleasure of receiving a Brazilian lymphatic massage and the masseuse's knowledge and experience with her hands and tools was incredible. Such an amazing experience from start to finish. When you walk into this spa, you really feel like you are in a different part of the world. The ambiance is beautiful and the service is like no other spa I've been to. Suzanna really took care of my skin and I couldn't be happier with the results. After my consultation, Suzanna suggested that I get a light facial, microdermabrasion treatment and a laser treatment to tighten my pores. Suzanna is amazing! I actually enjoy going to see her as she is an extremely welcoming, loving, and sympathetic person. She absolutely loves what she does and is amazing at it!
