They had me sign an estimate for the treatment plan for $102. When we were done & I checked out they told me I owed $169. I told them I was told $102 when checking in & her response was "that was just an estimate". I asked if anything changed from the treatment plan I had signed & there wasn't. If your "estimate" is off by more than 60% then you need to do better. That is unacceptable. I will no longer refer anyone here & I will seriously reconsider returning. What a shame after all these years. So disappointed in the customer service when we checked out & lack of explanation or accountability about their incorrect estimates.

We came in for a consult and decided to proceed with having his tongue and lip release done same day. They took such good care of him and the areas healed up very quickly. We are so glad that we got the procedure done for our baby. We noticed a big difference with his feeding and the range of motion with his tongue. The first 24 hours were the hardest for recovery but after the first day our little one did great with his exercises and healing process. So happy we took care of this now and not down the road when he was older. The entire office made the experience really easy and comforting.

The office is immaculate and beautiful and Dr. Rumack's assistant Angie was the absolute best. They know their stuff and they provide excellent follow up care and protocols to make sure the frenulum doesn't reattach. I will forever use Dr. Rumack for my son's pediatric dentistry needs. In 2007 I had a bad fall almost 8 feet down through a hole in my neighbors floor after a fire. I found him through my myopractor, and our journey began there. He has always been there for me. Later in life at age 42 he supported me on my journey through natural childbirth. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I would have not been able to have a child, and such a wonderful smooth birthing process. He is a medical intuitive, with a kind heart and a genuinely gifted physician. He treats my now 11 year old son, and as well I treated my mother with impeccable care. All of his staff are very kind and attentive. His nursing team are highly skilled, empathetic and are always there to answer any questions. I am 52 years old and don't feel a day over 21!
