I am not a rookie at this either. I have multiple houses and loans initiated through brokers, Wells Fargo, Credit Unions, and these guys are the worst. The worst part of the process was the decrease in contact as problems started. They took me to the point of financing contingency removal with written and verbal commitment that there were no problems, then it all started. I had a $12,000 ernest money risk that was ALL MINE to stress about. Contacted an attorney to find out the loan guys have no responsibility to deliver on their commitments.
