Its not hard to have a conversation with your potential customers.

The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. Yesterday, i had the chance to go to this location I just had surgery and the cashiers where helping two different customers (really bad customers) one of them had a child running even back of the counter and the mom didn't say anything. At this point I was losing my patience . The cashiers kept their integrity to the 100% shout out to them. When it was my turn I didn't check the jersey and it had a visible stain but with tags she told me it wasn't able to do the exchange but she would ask her manager that's when DANIEL came in and he was very nice. They usually have some sort of deal going on if you buy two pairs... mix and match, or get yourself a couple of pairs of your favorite shoes in multiple colors. They have a wide variety of shoes, including sneakers, running shoes, and even Dr Martens. Tip: Be careful when ordering online. I have large feet. Most of the time, they don't carry my size in the store, requiring me to order them online to be shipped. My last order was a little frustrating. I was considering deducting a star due to this experience, but... I am reviewing this location, not their shipping department or their customer service in another state. I had entered a promo code online for 20% ($40) off the total price if you spend "X" amount of dollars. Which, I added additional items to my cart to reach this amount. For some reason, the discount did not apply. I noticed and contacted customer service immediately. I asked if they could honor the discount and gave them the code but was told, with no hesitation or understanding whatsoever that they would not do that. I then proceeded to ask politely if they might be able to issue a gift card for the difference that I would use on my next order. Sounds fair... right? The answer was No!
