Suzanne did an incredible job on my wedding dress. Not only did she make it look stunning but I put her on a time crunch so that I could do special bridals in California a month before my wedding. Suzanne came in extra days to make sure it was ready on time and I LOVED how my dress looked. She was sweet, accommodating, and all of her staff made me feel super comfortable. Suzanne is a wizard with a sewing machine. I have seen her do incredible alterations including adding full sleeves and making regular dresses fit very pregnant bridesmaids. For me personally she has fitted 3 prom dresses (one which she took from a size 10 to a size 0!), 2 bridesmaids dresses, and my wedding gown. I did not even post a review I just felt kinda bad for you guys because I fingered your shop a small hole in the wall dump and you already don't get a lot of customers anyways it looked to me like but since you've already brought me into it I'll bring out the truth I walked in to suzannes shop I had just made appointment the following day the girl said it would be no problem. I said I need to get 4 dress taken in on the sides nothing about a heem I'm not sure we're you even got that from? But we walked in we didn't have mask as the other lady said in the other review "it's a free Country" but we're vaccinated so we're not used to wearing mask it was no problem we kindly put them on (they was beyond rude and dramatic about it they could have ask us nicely instead of throwing them at us (But that wasn't the big issue or deal we waited at the door for 20 minutes with are dresses in are hands while they was giving us rude looks I was and still am confused why didn't even tell us we could sit down in there store that's the size of a shoe box and cluttered with junk and it's all dust and dirt on the ground if you have a white dress it's gonna leave black from the dirt!. finally my sister ask could I sit down we've been standing here for 20 minutes and are dresses are heavy and are appointment was 20 minutes ago. The girl said ya whatever you can sit down there then just walked to the back? She walked back out and said you can go in there and change so I walked in changed into my dress I waited about 15 minutes in it while susie kept whispering about me like a child behind the curtain like everyone in the shop couldn't hear her because once again it's the size of a shoe box and there "changing rooms" are towels hinging up" it's a complete joke so enough said. she couldn't even walk out to me and say that dress In over my head I'm not that qualified to do a simple rimstomes feathered dress She kept Makin rude comments like is this a costume? I'm just wondering what kind of costume would that even be? It's a pink rimstome dress? Very inappropriate and unprofessional then she proceeded to keep asking me weird questions while Makin a weird face she ask me if I was gettin married in the pink dress??? I think she was trying to make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed I'm not sure why so then she took a safety pin and pinned the top we're no work needed to be done there I said no I need it takin on my side she throw her hands up and started talking about me in a different language and was being very rude to her assistant by calling her dumb b**** and why would she do this to her I got very uncomfortable I said it's ok if you can't do it you don't have to whisper about me like we're children just come say it to be instead of Makin her assistant walk out in say it to me she never walked out to me one time after I made the appointment to see her she sat in her chair and screamed at everyone with a towel hiding her. she was to lazy and Unqualified to do it. I said I'm just wondering why you made me get undressed and try it on when she knew when she seen it when I walked in she couldn't do it ( her assistant put her hand in my face and said enough) I guess I wasn't aloud to ask they made me do that she had 1 other person in the store was not Busy what so ever it's funny how in her last comment she said "we couldn't afford her prices" THAT SHOWS YOU SHE WAS LYING IN HER WHOLE MESSAGE WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO THE POINT TO TALK ABOUT PRICES This store is actually a joke ! and the girl my sister was talking about with the uneven dress that was in the store when we walked in She told her if she got up on here and went along with her story she would give the dress for free you are actually a joke you pay people to write Yelp reviews it actually amazes me how you even have a shop open I will be contacting the license bureau because I'm 99% you did not have one DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE SHE IS A FRAUD!!! I wish I could give Suzanne ten stars! A week before my wedding, my original seamstress had told me there was nothing more she could do for my dress to fit the way I envisioned it. My dress was too big and because of the delicate lace, my seamstress said she was out of options and that "this is the way it is." I was in tears and didn't know where to turn. I received Suzanne's info from Mariée Bridal in Scottsdale and left a message - Suzanne called me back and immediately calmed me down. She heard the panic in my voice and calmly and confidently told me not to worry, she would help. I took my dress to her later that day and instantly felt so much better. Suzanne is a veteran when it comes to tailoring wedding gowns -- she knew exactly what to do to fix it. I walked away feeling relaxed knowing my dress was in good hands. When I went to pick it up a few days before my wedding, it was even better than I imagined. It fit in all the right places! I wish I could find the words to accurately describe the quality of work, the professionalism from Suzanne and her team, the excellent customer service and the overall positive vibes I felt working with them. This is the worst most unprofessional alterations I've ever had. They are con artists,they over charge. Literally waiting for them to take me ,the girl before me said "I hate to be picky but the dress is uneven". They told her it was to bad and to take it or leave it. They were the rudest people ive ever encountered. She called me back to try on my dress, they asked me if my wedding dress I had paid over 3000$ for was a "costume". They were completely racist and told me they didn't need clientele like me. I replied what clientele do u mean? She then replied illegals. She told me I couldn't be able to afford her alterations. When I continued to tell her she was a racists,she put up her hand and said ok enough ,this appointment is over leave my shop. I will never in my life forget the treatment I got from these people. It sad to becuz I needed over 1000$ alterations done. I guess there two good for my business. I have worked in customer service over 13 years and I have never doubt with such people.
