Small Korean style restaurant in the middle of a business park. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere. Parking is available I think. There are some unmarked spots across from the building. I couldn't find any stalls with the name of the place. Hopefully they don't tow. Looks like a mom and pop operation. Nice (Korean?) couple. This place is not related to the Suzette's locations (both are closed) in Vancouver. Based on my friend's recommendation I had the Okinawa taco rice. $1 more for avocado. Ingredients were nice and fresh. Rice was yellow but unflavoured. Comes with a decent amount of beans and shredded cheese, sour cream with cilantro, pico de gallo, and corn. Also came with some nacho chips and a slice of lime. Kind of wish there was some meat in this thing, but oh well. Nice to see there's food in this part of the city. Will be back at some point to try their other items. Recommended.

Update 5.0: Today, i tried the last daily special that suzette deli is offering. I personally think that it was just okay. The sauce itself got a lot of taste which is better than mama's rice bowl's. However, the less dry rice actually doesnt fit for the butter chicken. Also, the chicken is too big and too hard for butter chicken. Butter chicken is meant for kids in the beginning and a soft, small chicken would be preferable. Since the chicken is too big, the chicken couldnt absorb the sauce well. Also, since the chicken is not cooked long enough with the sauce, it does not absorb well. Just a recommendation for your next one is that you should cut the chicken into smaller bits and cook longer. You should also uze dryer rice. Nonetheless, this would be my last review with suzette deli since i have tried all its dishes that i thought would be special to try and choose which to recommend to those who read my feeback. Thank you for those who have joined my adventure with suzette deli. I hope we meet again in the future! Cheers! I hope all of these feedback would help all of you guys!

The bulgogi sandwich on Wednesdays are da bomb. I've been raving on about it to everyone. The meat to bread ratio is just perfect.

The coffee was terrible. Basically instant coffee from a boiler. The food choices are limited.

great recommendation from a friend. the three of us stopped in for brunch after a moderate hike…read morenearby, which felt like a well deserved reward after working up an appetite. we arrived around 12:30 pm on a monday and were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait. we were seated right away and had plenty of time to settle in, catch up, and enjoy the slower pace of the afternoon. i was told this place used to be a tiny little shop, and it's nice to see how much they've grown. they've taken over the space next door and expanded the seating area, which makes a huge difference. you can actually relax, enjoy your meal, and have a proper conversation without feeling like you need to rush out the door so the next group can sit down. that extra breathing room really changes the experience. i was also happy to see they offer a matcha lavender latte with oat milk, which immediately caught my attention. unfortunately, we arrived too late for their early bird special, and i'm still a little disappointed about missing it. twelve dollars for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a hashbrown patty and coffee or tea is hard to beat, and honestly, it gives me a good reason to wake up earlier next time. i decided on the vegetarian benny, and it absolutely hit the spot. two perfectly soft poached eggs, fresh avocado, oven roasted tomatoes, chimichurri, arugula, hollandaise, and cornbread, with three hashbrown patties on the side. every component worked together beautifully. the dish was seasoned really well, full of fresh flavours, and beautifully presented. the bright colours from the avocado, tomatoes, and greens made it look as good as it tasted. the chimichurri added a wonderful freshness, the hollandaise was rich without being overwhelming, and the cornbread brought a subtle sweetness that balanced everything nicely. it was so good that i practically inhaled the entire plate. definitely a place i'd come back to. next time, though, i'm setting an alarm and making sure i arrive early enough to finally try that early bird special.

Parking is available on the side streets. The dining area is divided into 2 distinct sections. Looks like they took over the adjacent business space and knocked out a doorway. Staff are friendly and cheerful. No complaints. I wasn't sure what to try, so I had the kitchen sink. Might as well try a mix of everything. As per the menu, it was 2 eggs, sautéed red onions, red peppers, kale, green onions, sausage, bacon, cheese, hashbrowns. Reminded me of eating an omelette that fell apart. Decent quality, but honestly nothing really stuck out, especially for the price. This place isn't cheap. Maybe I'll try another dish at some point.

Ambiance and Decor I visited this café and sandwich shop on…read morea Friday afternoon during the lunch rush. It's a small, homey place with simple décor. The lighting isn't the best, as the staff mostly rely on the large entrance window for natural light. Service Quality The staff was kind and friendly. They are more than happy to help you choose a sandwich if it's your first time. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Menu Variety Their sandwich selection is excellent, and the bread is particularly noteworthy. They also offer a couple of iced tea options, which is a nice alternative to water. Food Presentation If you're dining in, your sandwich will be served in a plastic basket lined with wax paper. For takeout, it's wrapped in the same wax paper. Food Taste and Quality I ordered the Spicy Italian, which had just the right amount of heat. It was generously loaded with greens, and the multigrain bread was fresh, likely baked that morning. Portion Sizes The portions are substantial. I was only able to finish half of my sandwich for lunch. Price and Value The sandwich cost about $15, which is on the pricier side. It would have been nice to see it priced around $12. Overall Experience and Recommendation If you're in the area or heading to Horseshoe Bay to catch a ferry, definitely stop by S'wich for a sandwich. I will definitely be returning to try other options on the menu.
