This location is always packed though finding a seat is not difficult because of the sheer volume of people coming and going. However, more seating, especially outdoor seating, wouldn't hurt. There are some kiosks at the entrance as well as cashiers ready to take your order when you step in. It does take some time for your order but I haven't had a single bad experience with my food yet. I usually either grab their shroomburger or whatever is on the special menu. When they first opened at Woodbury Commons, I was so excited to finally have some decent food to eat while taking a break from shopping. I have dined here at least 4x, and each time the staff is just super rude. One time, I ordered a Creamsicle Float thinking I'd get my order fairly quickly. I waited at least 30 minutes (with one follow up to the counter asking if my float was ready). Then I saw a glass with just vanilla ice cream. I asked - "is that mine? I'm order #123 and ordered a Creamsicle Float." The staff said it was and for me to go fill it up with orange soda myself. I was annoyed at this point and her attitude was certainly not necessary. The next two times I ordered from this particulate Shake Shack, I had to wait almost an hour plus for my food to be ready. And again, I was only greeted with attitude. It did for me. This is a teenagers meal. Service is quick and courteous. Given how packed the restaurant was during Father's day weekend, it was reasonable to wait a bit longer for our food. Took around 10-15min. Atmosphere today was loud and crowded. Definitely too many people inside the restaurant, but it's to be expected. With so many people, I was thinking they might be breaking some fire codes. It was also messy around the trash areas, but workers were trying at least to keep some semblance of cleanliness. I went for the shake (and the shopping). It was fine. Our intrepid group of three all opted for the hotdog (100% beef - hurrah), plus fries and shakes. It's naked - but we were provided with a ton of ketchup and some Shake Shack sauce (which is orange colored mayo that must have something added but no clue what). The loaded cheese and bacon fries we're definitely on the mark As were the burgers we ordered. Given this place is location I can see how it's easy to mix up orders especially if people are paying attention when their number is called out. I downloaded the app halfway through my meal and ordered a concrete black and white which is a delightful little Shake. unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the time of order and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my treat but it was well worth it I didn't collapse my lungs trying to get this through the straw.
